I ordered RAM in June that was never delivered. After several emails I was told it was in the mail. It was not. I eventually received a Blue tooth and was told it was a gift and the order would follow. It did not I canceled the order. This month they took $98 from my account with no authority. I immediately called the bank and stopped payment. Now they have charged $145 for no product.
