I placed an order for a pair of Clarks Desert Trek Beeswax size 12 shoes on 6-3-08. On 6-13-08, I received an update e-mail response that read, " placed and shipped order # 165484235".

I e-mailed the company at their contact e-mail address on 6-24-08, 6-26-08, 7-1-08, and 7-15-08.; they have not responded to any of my e-mails.

The recorded message at their 888 contact phone number states customer service dates of Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday to leave messages! The recorded message also states to send an e=mail on non customer service dates and a customer service representative will get back to you at the end of the day.
I am relentless and will not stop until I get my shoes or my money back!
