This company had a 6.95 dollar trial fee and you could cancel at any time -- I cancelled within one week and still a 49.95 came out of my bank account-- I called them and was assured it was cancelled ( so I wrote off the 49.95) now this month I was charged again and when I called I was asked what my cancellation confirmation number was and who did I speak to -- I asked the woman on the other end - didn't they keep track of stuff like that. She said it was up to me to provide the info -- now it is supposed to be cancelled again-- but, I don't believe it.
