After a very difficult year, my family and I decided to go all out for Christmas this year and purchase a set of china for my mother. Nearly $700 dollars was charged to my father's credit card and we still have not recieved the items we purchased. I have made several calls to the company and no one ever answers the phone. I requested the status of my order today, 12.20.2007, and am currently waiting for a response. I was hoping to suprise my mom for Christmas but it looks like that may not be happening this year thanks to the failure of Placesettings.com to follow through on their end of the transaction.
