Reservation Rewards Obtained credit card information and charged me without notification Shelton Connecticut

In June of 2007 I made a purchase from tigerdirect.ca. A month later charges for $12 began appearing on my credit card. I mistook those charges for something else, and just this month I took another look at my bill and realized that the charge could not have been what I thought it was for because I had not made any internet purchases at that time.

I called their number on the bill (800-732-7031) to inquire and they then told me that I had signed up for their service along with the tigerdirect order. They did not bother to try explaining why the charge showed up later on, or what kind of services I should have been receiving all that time.

I have since canceled my so called "account" with them and will be contacting my credit card company on the grounds that I did not knowingly give them my information or permission to use it back in the summer of 2007. Also note that the name the charges were made to was changed to "Reservation Rewards" from "WLI Reservation Rewards".
