Ordered a gift card, well actually two. I thought that when Overstock.com was promoting it on their Facebook page that it was legitimate and this was another groupon type thing. I was a little worried when I got a pop up confirmation but did not get an e-mail. They did not tell you at all you had to wait to use the certificate and that it had to be mailed but angry I figured there was a catch. I also noticed that there is no actual way to use earned promotional credit from sharing the site. After 30 days of no gift card I contacted Overstock.com and asked them to put the squeeze on the company. They aplogized and they did indeed work on a resolve but they could not reach anyone either. I had to dispute the charges with the bank.
