Ordered two Toshiba laptop screens on a high-priority basis. Goods arrived as follows:-

1st Item - instead of being a NEW Toshiba screen a Refurbished Dell screen was shipped. Testing by a computer company advised that in any case, the screen was faulty.

2nd Item - screen was faulty on receipt, showing a line across the entire screen about 2/3 of the way down (reason I was replacign original was this fault!)

Immediately contacted company via e-mail - no reponse received. Found out phone number, have left messages and e-mails every day since - no response.

This company is a front for several Chinese-based companies, which have a track record for poor service.
