On October 30, 2009 I placed an order with Steel Series online store for a gaming keyboard with replaceable keyset and an additional keyset to go along with it for a total of $85.28. This order was never recieved Shortly after I placed the order I lost my internet capabilities due to the constraints of being deployed to Iraq. I was unable to use internet services until January 8, 2010.

As soon as I was able to get on their website again I checked the status of my order, it was listed as having been shipped through the USPS, though I was not able to track it with the invalid tracking number listed on the website and I was never given an e-mail notification that it had shipped. At this point I went into their support section on their website and got the e-mail address for webstore issues and sent them an e-mail detailing the situation and requesting their assistance in figuring out what might have happened to my package.

As of today January 24, 2010 I have not recieved so much as an automatic reply e-mail letting me know that they will be looking into my problem. I also made the mistake of placing another $29.79 order with them at the same time I was writing the original e-mail asking for assistance in tracking down my missing package. That package has also not shown up even though it too is listed as having been shipped and again I am unable to use the tracking number provided on the website.

The biggest issue here for me is not the fact that the items I paid for never made it to me, but the fact that I have tried to contact them using the contact information they provide for "a speedy response" and I have not recieved any sort of acknowledgement from their service department whatsoever concerning my lost packages.
