Stylesthatareamazing, Diane Cerny, Ebay, PayPal This seller is Fraud. She has a seller send to a PO Box then claims she never recieved. She also retalliates agaisnt other members who have a problem. Thief, Fraud, Ebay. PayPal, Buyer Beware and Seller Beware! Ripoff Wilmette Illinois

stylesthatareamazing (Diane Cerny) won an aucton and paid right away. When I went to ship I noticed an uncomfirmed PO Box address. I emailed seller and told her to give me an actual address. She emailed back and got all mad saying this item was a gift and it had to be their by the weekend and she only had a PO Box and if I did not send it she would give me negatives. I decided I would send. I emailed and let her know. Instead of paying for Express she paid me to send it USPS Priority with no insurance. I still have reciept. I never heard back from this woman for 46 days. All of a sudden she put a hold on my PayPal account saying she never recieved and she emailed me many times. First off Priority shipping does not come wiht a tracking number to solve the resolution. 2nd of her address on Ebay and PayPal is a PO Box. 3rd I have proof through Sprint that the phone was acitvated and registered. 4th I have the USPS reciept and PayPal debit card reciept. To all buyers and sellers stay away from this fraud. She has many neutrals and quite a few negatives. She retalliates with Rude, NO class, and other retallitory remarks. She has not left one yet for me but you will see she will. I just beat her to the punch.
As for what happend to me I am going to take this to the local authorities. Let me know if she has did this to anyone else.

Lesson Learned - Had you opted for the 55 cent delivery confirmation, you could have provided it to PayPal and they would have ruled in your favor.

Don't send things without delivery confirmation. Saving 55 cents cost you the case. Had you opted for the 55 cent delivery confirmation, you could have provided it to PayPal and they would have ruled in your favor.

What you might be able to do is report the phone stolen to Sprint. That will deactivate it and not allow it to be used.

Very strange you would open a case against someone for your wrong doings and mistakes. As you are aware you got suspended from ebay and now have other alias ebay accounts. You do know it is illegal to be trading on ebay with a suspended account. You got suspended for not completing transactions on ebay for ripping people off. You do not need to make up stories for fabricate the truth. Understand what the definition of fraud is before you insult yourself with false claims and statements. Did you forget you are suspended from ebay? Also the business miss...hollywood is not associated dear love. Paypal.com sent the refund because you declined to send it! Need we remind you that you are suspended still using ebay!!! Happy Thanksgiving STyLeS

Free delivery confirmation online

Just as an FYI, if you use the USPS website to print out your Priority Mail postage, it comes with a delivery confirmation free. NEVER EVER ship out to a person without delivery confirmation. Period

Jeremiah B attempted to ship a product but never did show hard evidence. Jeremiah B got suspended from ebay for fraudulent activity. If you ship a phone and it does not arrive and you are the owner then you cancel the phone. Sorta ignorant to ship an item without tracking when paypal.com states you the seller must purchase tracking on all items shipped. Lesson learned Jeremiah B is a fraud and still uses ebay!!! We need him off ebay so he does not rip you off next!

Ebay and Styles that amaze me is fraud

Ebay did suspend me for two weeks. I then got local law involved and Ebay and Pay Pal refunded me my $250. Styles that amaze did get away for a while, but she has been nailed by several people now. I do not have an alias. My original account is active. Check the other reports on here. Obviously she is a fraud.

Good luck with the law.

No Tracking - No Insurance - No Phone Arrived

If you are to send a 300.00 phone and you do not purchase insurance or purchase tracking you are just wrong. You lost the paypal claim because you never sent the phone and then you go suspended from ebay! Remember you are suspended from ebay for scamming sellers. I just caught you and I know it stings but all I did was make ebay a safe place. So you get suspended and of course you still use ebay! You are suspended for scamming people such as me with sending no phones!
