I got the same experience as the previous Teleflora's victim. I ordered the nice flowers from their website. But they sent me a cheap one. I emailed them, first they offered me 25% refund for flowers I didn't purchase. On the other word means I paid 75% for their cheap flowers I didn't want. Then I emailed them again. But they insisted on 48-hour redelivery policy. I just knew that this 48-hour policy was applied to things I didn't purchased.

I don't get it why I had to pay for the thing I didn't purchase. And how could the company send anything I didn't purchase and charged me. I didn't understand why it became my fault that this company sent things I didn't want. Do I have to pay my money to return it? Even then I still be polite to ask them where I could return this cheap sloppy flowers. But they insisted on 48-hour policy for 50% refund without providing info regarding where I could return things I didn't want?

I'm shock when I saw how many times that this company did bad things to customers but they've never got any punishment for unethical business. How many people would be their victims before anyone can teach this company to know the meaning of being honest.

This is their ad, "At Teleflora we are committed to exceptional service and products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift or its delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us" and "Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value."

THOSE ARE LIES. THEY SENT CHEAP SLOPPY FLOWER YOU DIDN'T WANT BUT NAMED THOSE CHEAP FLOWERS AS "SUBSTITUTE FRESH FLOWERS OF EQUAL OR HIGHER VALUE."

I wonder why this company could cheat on customers many times without getting any punishment. Who would help customers to protect their right and their money? And one more thing why Teleflora are proud of the bad thing they did with their customers without guilt? Is there any right to set any policy to take advantage from the customers? The rich can take the advantage from the poor, isn't right?
