I wanted to order custom table pads for my dining room table. The set is an Alexander Julian which I purchased from Strawbridges before they were taken over. Anyway, I logged onto an Alexander Julian website where there were custom table pads advertized.

I e-mailed the company which was called "The Bean Bag Store", and they followed up with a phone call to me. I gave them the number of my table and they asked for my credit card number. The woman I talked to said they would send me an order form to sign, confirming that they were making the right size pads.

Well, I never received anything from them, but weeks after, they had charged my credit card $199.00. Since then, I have e-mail and telephoned with no answers. The phone has a recording and I leave my name and number, but they don't call back. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau, and don't think they're making any progress. HELP!
