Should have done more homework on these clowns. Luckily the customer service was so poor, I couldn't do business with them regardless.

I called up for a Pentax W20, he asked me what else I needed, I said, just the camera. He told me the battery that came with it was only good for 20 minutes and I should buy a 5 hour battery for $99.

I told him that I lost a Pentax W10 in the bottom of a river and I know how long the battery lasts. He tried again to sell me the battery, I said I just need the camera. He told me the unit was out of stock, I asked to speak to his manager, he said he was the owner. He told me to go get my Pentax W10 camera at the bottom of river.

I hung up. Looking over the site, there is no email address listed. Very shady people. Stay away!
