I have bought new electronic device ($430) from eBay store operated by Todd Switzer. The name of the store was TulipAuctions. In the description of the item it was stated that item is brand new, unopened and that most of items shipped next day. Nothing has been shipped for a few weeks. Nobody ever picked up the company phone. After payment I left a dozen of messages on the answering machine. I also send a number of email requests, but never got a reply.
Finally I've got my shipment four weeks later after payment. To my surprise it was older outdated model of the device that I ordered. I tried to arrange return of the item, but again none of my calls or emails has been answered. After two month of trying to return money I filed chargeback with my credit card company.

This buyer's story contains several errors and omissions. He claimed to have received a 3GB model of a Nokia phone from us. Nokia doesn't even make a 3GB model of the model he ordered -the model is only available in 2GB and 8GB versions.. The phone he was shipped was exactly as described and was the model ordered.
After receiving the phone from us he shipped and sold the phone to one of his buyers in Russia. His chargeback was filed AFTER he sold the phone to his buyer in Russia.
Our attempts to get him to return the phone have been unsuccessful (probably because he sold it before filing his chargeback and thus it is no longer in his possession).
This buyer was not ripped off - he profited from the sale of the phone we shipped him. We on the other hand are out a $430 phone.
