I happily placed my Order for a DVD box set of the T.V program Thirty Something online with tvboxset@sxr.ca on Monday, August 6, 2007. I didn't think twice about my Order as I promptly received a Confirmation of my Order via e-mail from the company. The Order Confirmation stated that my Order was processed Monday August 6, 2007. It also stated that my Order would be completed and shipped on Sunday, August 12, 2007.
The confirmation also stated that I would receive my Tracking information on Monday, August 13, 2007 and that my Order would be delivered during the period of Wednesday, August 22, 2007 through Saturday, August 25, 2007.
I never received the tracking information e-mail and my DVDs were never delivered. Our credit card was charged $114.00 on August 9, 2007. I have sent numerous e-mails to the company and have called and left messages at phone number 1-877-797-7973 each week.
I have never spoken to a live person, there is only voicemail. Their website is no longer active and now just contains a message that due to problems they have had over the past few months, they ask that any customers do not leave multiple message regarding their Orders and they are working on the getting back to their customers in the Order they received their calls or e-mails.
Well...I have been calling and sending e-mails since the end of August and have yet to hear anything from the company.
THEY stole our $114.00 in August and the only response I have gotten from them is a response to my e-mail saying they are "working" on responding to e-mails and phone calls in the Order they received them.
I have had no one call me or e-mail me with any details regarding my Order or a refund.
They stole my money. I have no street address or location for them, only an Internet address.
I paid a dear lesson for this mistake.
I don't want anyone else to lose their hard-earned money to this company.
