TVDVDWORLD.tv (aka) TVADDICTS.tv BEWARE!INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND THEN THEY DISSAPPEAR!!! NONE INTERNET

This company looks good on line, but do not be fooled!If there is a problem, you cannot reach them either by phone or e-mail.Order promised in 12-14 days.After 3 weeks I tried to contact them. NO LUCK!

My order arrived one month later, with dvd's loose in the case. I had since found what I wanted at a much lower price and in excellent condition. I read that there were no refunds on the package, so I was willing to settle for an exchange,but you need a return authorization number.

Their e-mail does not work EXCEPT for ordering and their 800# puts you on hold for 20 minutes then disconnects you.I tried numerous times.I am on a fixed income and terminally ill.My money is precious to me and my old tv shows are a great comfort to me.These people are just there to take your money.Don't let them.
