After comparing many systems in stores, we decided to buy from the VC Store. It was a very nice system for the price. What a mistake!

We paid for the system in full. It took nearly 4 months to receive the monitor. That was the only piece we received. The monitor stopped working with 6 months.

I called the VC Store every day for over 6 months when one day I got no answer on the phone. An hour later, it was announced on the news that the VC Store had filed bankruptsy, locked it's doors and the owner was MIA.

I have received several packets of information from the Attorney General and filed and returned everything but as of today have received nothing back. I don't ever expect to either.

I guess I should be bugging the Attorney General too!

Looking at your problem is very ironic considering I run a business on the side where I can help people with attorneys for a fraction of the normal cost. Anyone who is going through this kind of problem should seek legal counsel. Without it the company probably won't take you as serious and you won't get any helpful answers.
