It first started when I went there for an eye exam for contacts. The doctor prescribed the wrong prescription. All weekend I was getting headaches. I immediately went back in on Monday. The doctor never said he was sorry or anthing. He assumed that I could get by with a cheaper prescription. So they ordered me a set of trials in which I had to wait another two weeks to receive because somehow that prescription was incorrect when they sent it to the lab. And they claim the lab did not notify them that there was a problem.

However, they never did contact me when my order was in, I had to call them. And when I went in to pick up my order the young lady said, well you didn't have to wait as long as some people that come in here. I should have learned my lesson by then but I placed a reorder with them and I was told my order would be back in 7 - 10 days.

Okay, but they screwed up again with the prescription. They didn't bother to call and let me know my order would take longer than expected. They did not find this error until five days after I placed my order which means I'll be waiting a total of three weeks for my contacts. And once again they did not apologize.

By this time I am very irritated and I let them know I will no longer be doing business with them. I now see why they have all the specials. I'll be reenrolling in vision insurance because going to a private doctor was so much easier and convenient. I don't recommend anyone to go here!!
