Placed order for glasses on 05/30/2009. Received glasses 10 days or so later. On 05/26/2010, one of the arms on the glasses broke off. The metal arm sheared in two just behind the hinge. I quickly placed another order for a pair of glasses since I can not function without my glasses. I filed a warranty claim with Global Eyeglasses since I have had the broken glasses less than 1 year. Global Eyeglasses claims to warrant their products for 1 year. I received a response from Global Eyeglasses stating that a claim had been opened and that I would receive a call soon from a representative. That call never came. Twice, I have gone to the on-line claim opened for me and requested someone contact me, but more than 2 months later, no one has called or e-mailed me. I would really like to get replacement frames so that I can have a backup pair of glasses, but Global Eyeglasses completely ignores me. I have concluded Global Eyeglasses does not value their customers and does not warrant their products.
