Claim to be a self made millionaire and entertainment manager/producer.

Eric Floyd claims to be a well known actor/producer engaging in false productions that need your funding. Wanda Dee, acting as his wife and a singer who with Eric Floyd created a name for herself by becoming a guest singer with the group KLF, back in the 90's. Wanda Dee, with the help of her fast talking husband Eric Floyd, later stole the KLF name/brand and toured the world under the KLF name without the permission of the real KLF.

Eric Floyd perpetrates many scams. One of which, he, Eric Floyd acts as if he is a famous producer/actor who is this master acting coach with a Talent agency and management company. Eric obtains his students by placing ads in the craigslist publication/on line classifieds. Eric gives acting lessons out of his home located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He charges each person above $300.00 per month plus 200.00 per month to illegally receive the Breakdowns that are used by franchised, licensed agencies. Eric purchases the breakdowns from some other scam artist that is stealing them and selling them for possibly $20.00 per month.

Eric lures people into his home showing them many photos of him, his wife Wanda Dee and son Siameze with photo ops with many celebrities.

For many years Eric Floyd have lied his way into the hearts of people and into numerous photo ops with celebrities. Eric uses the photos to paint a picture of himself of a very well connected manager and producers. Eric is a very good talker, one of the best and has a pattern to his madness..

Eric continues to make big promises to all of his students and people that fall for his charm, that they will make a lot of money with him, that he will make his actors into big stars. They continue to hope and dream with him. They continue to get duped.

Once Eric Floyd has gained your trust, and have you brainwashed into believing in his strange cult-like beliefs, he then goes for your pockets even more by issuing out to many people investment letters, asking many to invest in his up and coming projects and states that they can double their money in 30 days. Eric Floyd creates a contract with

these promises and convinces his students and many others to invest, only to never see their money again.

If anyone questions Eric Floyd's projects and ask about their money, Eric Floyd uses his gift of writing and bashing people to make the investor feel as if they are stupid and know nothing about real investments. Eric Floyd is a master at always making himself into the victim.

Eric Floyd and Wanda Dee, pretend to be some type of Goddesses. They dress in exotic clothing from other

countries and are into a strange religion that teaches his students and friends that they should all engage in sex

with one another. Eric Floyd claims to be an entertainment manager but will not work with you/talent unless he has a sexual relationship with his clients. He explain to them that there is nothing wrong with these type of relationships and that it will help him to launch their careers in the entertainment business. EVERYTHING IS ABOUT SEX. THEIR ENVIRONMENT IS VERY MUCH LIKE A CULT. They watch you very closely, they do not want students to communicate with each other, all students must respect Eric Floyd as he is a God and Wanda Dee as she is a Goddess. Eric Floyd will have live in assistants that engage in sexual activity with him, his wife and son. The live in assistants are showered with gifts to bribe them and keep them believing that Eric Floyd will make them millionaires. The live in assistants become the servants and are ordered around like so. When the live in assistants begin to realize that they have been duped and brainwashed, he then kicks them out of his house, which he claims to own, and sends out massive email's in an attempt to destroy their name forever. Eric then searches for the next live in assistants. This is ongoing with Eric. Eric Floyd sends out emails/spam to many people each day to continue his manipulation. Eric Floyd, Wanda Dee and Siameze do not work, their entire being and existing is scamming people.

That is their work and how they make their living.

This is ridiculous -- hysteria, panic and complete paranoia are now taking the place of FACTS!

Yes, I understand that ALL of you, in comparison to me, are new comers, who haven't even remotely scratched the surface as to what it takes to DO or BE in Show Business - all that it entails and how to conduct yourselves in it, as it's obvious you're still wet behind the ears. I can't fault you for that, as everyone has to start somewhere, including myself @ just 4 years old. But, you will listen to any and every thing people have to say because you're too easily impressionable when it comes to GODDESS EMPIRE or MOST things. When it comes to big international business, you're YOUNG... all of you, so I can't expect you to understand me, when you've never done what I have done. But that YOUTH can be a problem, as indeed, my late Mother always said that 'if you play with a puppy they will lick you in the mouth'. No one has any patience anymore... I keep being reminded DAILY that I'm dealing with the MTV/ MICROWAVE/ INSTANT OATMEAL/ TEXT MESSAGING/ IMMEDIATE

I do my best to treat all of you with the respect and admiration, that I most certainly want in return, and give you the benefit of the doubt that you will grow out of your childish ways and know when enough is enough - what to say - when to say it - how to say it - what to take in - what to filter out - and who to say it to! (EITHER) CAPABLE OR ILL EQUIPPED SHOULDERS! So for those of you who want to remotely get an attitude with me cause I'm not calling you back in a timely manner or you assume I'm avoiding your calls - you can suck my balls!

I have been in this business too long to be stressed out by a bunch of YOUNG KNOW IT ALLS - WHO KNOW ALOT ABOUT NOTHING!!!! None of you... and I mean none of you, can tell me anything or dare question the validity of my tactics, as indeed last time I checked not one of you have produced a single show that has ever produced any revenue, as well as excited the hearts and minds of the masses of millions that me and my family have entertained now for more than 30 years (38 for me, to be exact, if I may).

But please don't take my word for it, for obviously, 'some' of you guys have concluded within yourselves and hearts that you can indeed do better and that my way of doing things is wrong or too slow. I welcome that cause it will give me more time to do what I have to do for ME and MY family. That only being my son, Siameze and my wife, Wanda; people that I know truly love - respect and believe in me both personally and professionally, and would never betray, backstab or belittle me in any way, shape or form. Anyone outside of that circle is suspect and will be dealt with, with a long handled spoon, as indeed I am not only being misused and misjudged by some, but once again the nonsensical allegations levied against me recently, are erroneous (at best) and criminally insane (at worst)!

I have been accused (this go round) of NOT even existing as a company in any state of the U.S., even though

Goddess Empire has been incorporated since 1991 in (2) two different states -AND- my LLC is registered here in the state of Nevada since '07 -AND- the (4) four fat ass corporate books that are emblazoned in my office trophy shelf (next time you're at Drama Class, check it out) are big enough for Stevie Wonder to see. I have also been accused of NOT even mounting my shows here in Vegas, just because things haven't fallen into place on the exact projected dates and times as we all had anticipated. SO!

Do any of you even have a remote clue as to just the stuff on the surface that must be done to mount a full scale production, never mind the (6) six that I'm mounting all at once. EVERYTHING from initial up front seed monies, additional investment funds, legal fees, trademarks, copyrights, artist fees, set design, lighting, sound, insurance, R/T air, ground, hotel, meals/catering, sponsorships, merchandise manufacturing, promotion, publicity, PR, press, production, marketing, advertising, dancers, singers, actors, chart arrangements, venue lease/location, etc., etc., etc. I cannot remember when was the last time that ANY Producer was able to open a show and/or start filming on a project at the exact initial time and date that they originally set. It doesn't happen that way people... so get off my back!

Show Business in of itself is the 'Hurry Up & Wait Game'. That's showbiz rule #4... and the real pros in this business both understand & overstand that... and if you think you're one of the real pros in this business, then you'd also automatically know what showbiz rules #1, 2 & 3 are. Producing ANYTHING... is like trying to predict the weather (at best) or lasso a tornado (at worst); because of the myriad of unpredictable and intangible elements that change the complexion, tone & timing of a deal from one minute to the next. This is NOT a fucking business for the faint of heart, the insecure or the fear-filled... as 'scared money don't make no money!' This is a business for warriors... champions... and visionaries... for at times, even when those closest to you have lost all faith IN you, you'll have to keep yourself fired up so that you can reach your goals! PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE! I realize this is truly my test because indeed, many of you have smiled in my face and then stabbed me in the back - and I'm here to tell you and point the way (drawing you a map if needed) that all of you naysayers and Hatorade drinkers, can go to hell!!!

Lessons are repeated until they are learned and damn it - its different players but the same fucking game. The

For those of you who've been with me for the full (2) two years I've been here in Vegas, haven't we already been through this 'Eric Fraud' shit before by the hands of the unscrupulous Mormon executives down at Tru Talent, who tried to discredit me, only to have me not only completely take them down to their knees, but I am still the ONLY person in this town to have ever gotten full refunds & debt clearances for over a dozen students there that were defrauded out of their money. Some of you reading this have witnessed me pay LaShawn Renfro's rent two months in a row, saving her and her family from eviction... pull out over $100,000. in cash into a bag and refund ALL of my students that were straddling the fence about their feelings towards me, while also dropping some necessary 'tips'

around town... fully financed the 'SODOM' call back trip to Denver, Colorado for at least a half dozen students (who ALL got cast by the way) complete with R/T air, hotel, ground & meals for 3-fun filled days... from FREE photo sessions to movies, shows, bowling night out, drama classes/thresholds, clothing shopping sprees, car notes, insurances, house payments, fun money, Christmas coins for someone's daughter that I never even met, medical fees for emergency STD treatments (oh please don't get me started), bio's written, resume's revamped, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, jewelry, and so on... I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ALL OF YOU! Who does that in this town, with strangers? Who does that, anywhere... ugh, maybe Oprah! And this is the thanks I get!? MY CREDIBILITY IS IN QUESTION?

I have been accused of everything from NOT even knowing Floyd Mayweather and/or having contact with his camp to NOT even being in touch with The Empire Ballroom to NOT ever owning a legitimate company in ANY state I've lived in and so on and so on and so on. All absolutely, categorically and unequivocally WRONG!

PEOPLE, I know first hand, that the only thing more destructive & predictable than Mother Nature is Human Nature, and that (2) two ignorant folks together expressing 'fears' disguised as 'concern' or 'due diligence', will create a panic filled hysteria that is based on nothing but their own personal shortcomings in life. And just because a false tale is told over and over several times, does NOT make it any more TRUE!

I have been completely transparent with MOST of you, that deserve and/or are entitled to the truth... and I've been unabashedly generous to EVERYONE reading this letter in too many ways to count. And NOT a single person reading this letter is exempt from one of more of the aforementioned generosities that me and my family have provided (above & beyond the call of duty) through GODDESS EMPIRE; at one time or another and/or in one form or another. And many of you reading this letter now, actually still personally owe me and my family money.. and don't even get me started on Drama Class payments.

But yet of course when the tables are deliberately turned and we call you for money, or anything for that matter - we have to hunt you down only to get on the phone and have to argue back and forth over what is owed for services that I provide to all of you. All of a sudden no one can be reached, no one has the ability to pay but yet I hear about new cars being purchased, how you went out and drank the night before, these new designer bags and jeans, and all of this extra curricular activity but yet you want to 'nickel and dime' me down on MY money that I've rightfully earned and then tell me how absurd it is that I'm asking YOU for it? HA! But yet some of you have no problem coming to me for personal loans whenever it so suits you to do so!. Fuck that!

And speaking of 'nickel and dime'... that was something else just last week that one of you had the audacity to tell my son & wife that we were doing with YOU, simply because it was time to pay for Drama Classes, and unlike Sprint, we don't have 'rollover days'. You Pay To Play, period! And if you don't show up for a class that you've paid for in advance, then like college, that's your fault and responsibility or irresponsibility, either way. But I can't be held at fault for it, nor will you create the accounting nightmare for me and my family to try and keep up with all of the ensuing brouhaha that follows complex remunerations like that! Just be a pro. Pay for your classes up front, show the hell up ON TIME and take your craft seriously. And this person that accused me of 'nickel & dimming' them, is someone who's ass I personally covered in Denver, Colorado when they fell financially short; and I have NEVER been reimbursed for those monies, nor have I ever asked for it back; so they were completely out of line here and should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing those words to roll off of their double breasted, shit stained, Vaseline lips!

And in knowing this, I am completely ashamed of those of you who would willfully choose to participate in this bullshit - this mass hysteria about my credibility. If I am this 'con man' that I've been accused (by some) of being, then I'm still the only con man whose ONLY victim is continuously himself and his family... for WE do most of the giving to others, far more than we TAKE! I suggest you do better research on me and get over yourselves!!

When any one invests in any company, the first thing they should know firsthand is WHO is running it... and what is the $uccess track record of that CEO. And for the record, this CEO here is as relentless as they come... and those that know me know that I will NOT stop until my goals are met! I will NOT take NO for answer... and although things may sometime take a little longer than originally projected, as it often does in Show Business, sooner or later, they do get done! So, I'm fully aware that any one that invests with Goddess Empire is really putting their money ON and IN me, and their trust, faith and belief in ME! Someone rather wise, just told me today that it's like building a house. You hire the very best contractor /

construction company you can find, and even though they tell you their professional projections of when the work will be done by, the moment you break ground to lay the foundation, there are a myriad of unknown / unforeseen variables that can take place and delay the completion of any project. And this has NOTHING to do with the skill or experience of the Contractor... Sh*t, this is just the nature of the beast, my friends.

FAMILIARITY BREEDS CONTEMPT, Me, Siameze, and Wanda - have made ourselves TOO accessible to all of you, conducting classes in our home, taking calls from most of you daily, sob stories, almost everyone has their hand out for something... some 'dream' that needs planting, nurturing, harvesting, etc.... but God forbid that any one of you would just call to see how I'm doing or how the families doing, or the FEW times SOME of you have made half hearted attempts at this, the real reason for the call always leaks out and rises back to the surface of the conversation, by the end of it, just like shit rises in the toilet bowl... as you (either) want to know what is being done for YOU... 'SODOM'... THE SHOWS... MONEY... F*K!

Hell, almost a month ago, one of my former students, who I PERSONALLY invested a lot of time and money into, only for this person to NEVER once keep their word to me and the Sodom Executive Producer, my partner, Yvette Araujo, about what they were going to do to prep Artistically, Physically & Mentally for both their dramatic studies and for a major role in the TV series; had the audacity, after NOT contacting me for almost (6) six straight months (October of '07), to just call me up in February '08 and after painfully pretending that they gave a damn about me and my day, proceeded to ask me for RENT money for their cancer stricken girlfriend who was facing an eviction THE NEXT DAY! A woman I've never even met!? All for the sake of keeping her from moving to California and thus, saving their relationship (like I could I give a sh*t)!? Can you believe this shit! I just stared at the phone with shock, horror and amazement, as I gave them exactly what they gave me for months, FALSE HOPE that I'd get back with them and come through for them, as they've done with me on several occasions, much to my disappointment. But what kind of gall, balls and nerve does someone have in them, to do some callous, disingenuous shit like that!?

Its like SOME of you people just take us for granted and what we do. Or you assume we sit around and jerk our d*ks and slap p*sies all day long and live the good life without a care. Like we are made of f*kin' steel, money & magic!!!! The most current scenario attributing to that being the cat ordeal. Not only did some of you not acknowledge Khira (the family cat) dying but then in class knowing damn well how crushed Siameze was over it, you rub it in and on that day decide to do a scene about cats and getting run over and all this bs? Did anyone think to even give the guy an extra hug or to even do a follow up call to see if he was okay from the obvious hurt he had endured from that class? F* NO! He couldn't even finish class that day, to those of you who were there and remember him leaving the room, a complete wreck. And that's why WE are careful as to who we call a FRIEND because true friends if they knowingly hurt someone that they love and respect, then they go out of their way to make it right and show that they at least care rather then the attitude of 'He'll be okay - He'll get over it'.

I can't count how many dinners and lunch's we have hosted. But has anyone ever thought to bring anything over (without being asked to do so) -OR- ask if we need anything just for the sake of asking? How many of you have ever just invited us out to dinner? Or to your homes for a meal, for a change? And I've always taught my son, if someone shows you who they are, believe them. And Siameze, Wanda and myself have all taken note on the actions or lack thereof, from ALL of you. So when the day of reckoning comes and we start pruning folks off of us we know exactly who to cut out. So don't be surprised, please... for that day is close at hand.

And for those of you who feel that Siameze or Wanda, though they are cordial yet they keep a distance from SOME of you or don't really trust you... please know that its because... they don't. Where we come from, TRUST is something that must be earned and too many times to count on both individual and collective situations, we been stabbed in the back by so called 'trustworthy' people no matter how big the smile - how glorious the admiration - how warm the hug. And the Born Again Christian, Church Going Folks are, by far, the worst!

So they are too not quick to let their guard down with ANYONE, nor do I blame them. I can't say its nothing personal because it is. It's Personal and Professional. Because TRUST & LOYALTY fit in both categories. LOYALTY makes you the most beautiful person in the world, just as it's opposite, DISLOYALTY makes you the ugliest person in the world. A loyal/trustworthy mentally retarded troll that got run over by a spiked wheel in both forward and reverse is still far more attractive then someone who's physically drop dead gorgeous, but yet untrustworthy, disloyal & self centered.

On another note, coming to my house is a luxury that many of you take for granted. I don't even go to many / any of your houses. I don't even really know where most of you live and yet you not only know where I live, but whenever it suits SOME of you, too many times to count, and at different times, SOME of you have had the audacity to come to my house unannounced.

NOT COOL! NOT SMART! NOT SAFE!

My wife has sold over 25 million records and is an internationally renowned sex symbol and we've dealt with stalkers (mentally unhinged by her image) in the 80's, 90's and on up to today, which is why we chose to live all the way out here in 'Africa'; and we don't take too kindly to ANYONE just showing up at our door. Doesn't any one look up to see the camera above my front door entrance way, recording your arrival @ The Empire? We have a long standing policy, we don't even answer the door if someone rings the bell or knocks on it and they were not expected... don't even acknowledge it. And I could be directly right on the other side of it, getting a blow job with my naked black ass pressed up against it's stained glass fixtures, and I wouldn't acknowledge it... because YOU WERE NOT EXPECTED! We've dealt with more than our fair share of Mormons, Muslims, Moslems, Jehovah's Witnesses, Community Activists, Girl Scouts & Avon Ladies to last us a lifetime, and could give two shits! Our home, like yours, is our haven... and place of restoration, rejuvenation and revitalization!

Don't call my house and NOT leave a message and expect me to come home from a hard days work and scroll through my phone to discover your number and call you back to see what it is that you wanted... I'm way too busy for those games and as a grown ass man, I don't have time for that shit!

This whole drama class thing and you people knowing where I live and coming to my house on the regular and being able to talk to me wherever whenever has 'spoiled' things between most of us. For now when I'm NOT readily available or reachable by phone and/or I'm NOT able to get back to certain people in a timely enough manner for them, I've been accused of 'avoiding their calls', when I'm simply taking care of business in the largest series of transactions of my life here in Vegas... Even respect that on a Monday or Tuesday, before my 3 hour classes with YOU, I've already been up working since 5:30 AM (some 12 hours BEFORE I even see you), and I'm tired! I don't have much left in me after that, so after class, I don't usually have it in me to linger and have private conferences with you, in all due respect. I want to shower the day off and go f* my wife, respectfully! And that's real talk, period.

None of you can judge me unless you've walked a day in my moccasins, yet through your actions or lack there of, and SOME of your shady comments about me, you obviously do. You have no idea what it takes to pull the multitude of aspects of this (or ANY) show together. You have no idea half the drama me and my family, who are also my business partners, go through on a daily basis. All you see is a smile and open arms when you come into drama class and you would never know none the wiser nor do any of you seem to really care, what I / WE really go through. And that's okay. No pity party here. Because as our friend Celine Dion said in her song 'A NEW DAY HAS COME'. And the tides are changing so I hope you ALL enjoyed IT while you could.

That way I won't have to inconvenience anyone, or be accused of cheating anyone out of anything ever again, or deliberately neglecting someone, no one will have to come to class and bitch and complain to me about what they want to do - won't do - will only do when they get paid to do it - no one will have to be bored with not another classic movie or TV show, that I willfully show to you to OPEN YOUR MINDS, but can see in some of your immature faces that I seem to be just wasting your precious time...

I ask ALL of you to check your cell phones at the front door with your shoes, and cut them OFF! And there's no respect there for ME, my class rules and/or your craft, because MOST of you still bring your cell phones into class with you... texting and reading during class... buzzing, beeping, vibrating, ringing interruptions during scenes... NO RESPECT! No respect for yourselves, your classmates and certainly none for me!

But yet, with this kind of behavior, clearly putting you in the rank of an 'AMATURE', some of you still have the audacity to question ME and my credibility! The classic movies and/or TV show footage that I choose to share with you is to broaden your mind and horizons. Shit, I own the footage and have seen this shit before, it's NOT for me and my family, it's for you to grow on... but some of you go out of your way to show me how 'bored to tears' you are, yet, those are usually the very one's who cannot consistently deliver even the simplest of scenes in class! The one's who seemingly can't get out of their own way, because they just love being THEMSELVES so much, that that's the best role in their arsenal that they know how to play! Pathetic! And you know who you are!

That in of itself is draining to me as a teacher and uninspiring, because unlike most drama teachers, I'm not only young but I can do more then just TEACH about it I can BE about it. 'THOSE THAT CAN, DO... AND THOSE THAT CAN'T, TEACH'! NO f* that bs! NOT ME - I TEACH because I WANT to and SOME of you treat me and my services as if I TEACH because I HAVE TO - that I have no other choice. AND THAT IS F*D UP. BECAUSE NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

In fact, by the time you get this, I should be on my way to L.A. to do a table read in a leading role for a new romantic comedy that a major motion picture studio has asked me to do on Santa Monica Blvd, tomorrow (Saturday, March 15th between 12 - 6PM). So don't get it twisted people.

I am the embodiment of my class title - 'The Reactionary Intensive'. I REACT TO YOU GUYS AND WHAT YOU GIVE ME - So every time you come to my class with your lack luster, more-rules, and 'Oh God don't pick me I don't feel like it ' energy, I feed off of that fucked up junk food. And yet I still have to find a way to rise to the occasion no matter how ungrateful, lazy & uninspiring SOME of you guys come across; and still actually try and feed you something healthy and stimulating. But that s* is tired. I don't mind new mistakes but I am too old for this shit - Make a new mistake already. Try something different. And truth be told, those of you still struggling to 'find yourselves' are getting a little too old for that b******t too. GROW THE F**K UP ALREADY, at least Artistically! Do you have any idea how difficult, cut throat, calculating, competitive and complex this business is, that you THINK you're ready for!? S**T

PROFESSIONALS come to class with no phone, no jewelry, no hang ups, no emotional baggage unless the

CHARACTER calls for such, Shit and sometimes, even no clothes for that matter! Just open, honest, fearless & raw! Hell, Surprise me - actually DO Something that leaves me speechless, for a change! Leave yourself SPEECHLESS because of what you've been able to pull off (figuratively and literally)... Leave your class mates speechless! Impress yo damned self!

Can anyone of YOU actually say you have done anything that has made anyone just back the f* up, back down and have nothing to say because it was pure Genius, in my class? How many of those moments can you say you've had, stirred or created? HONESTLY! Have you personally had a moment of sheer emotional exhaustion (either ONCE or on a consistent basis) where you know and can say that you 'left it ALL on the stage or drama class floor' here @ 10190 Corbett Street)? F* NO, YOU CAN'T! BECAUSE MANY OF YOU ARE STILL JUST COASTING ALONG IN YOUR SAFE BOXES. And you mock my words, you will live to rue the day that you did NOT push yourselves beyond your self imposed limitations, my 'safe playing' friends. For to quote our dear Rick Lofton, 'Things in NYC and L.A. are far more serious than you guys are bringing, making & taking of your studies and artistic practices here in Las Vegas'. You're doing yourselves a serious disservice! And may he too, practice what he preaches!

So for the LITTLE time we do have left to study TOGETHER.. If you can't come to MY class happy - ready to pay when payment is due - ON TIME - excited - and ready to work...ready to be surprised... ready to surprise, excite & ignite both your own artistic spirit and those of your teacher and fellow classmates, then please, stay your sorry broke ass home. And If I remotely feel you are not representing the aforementioned energies above, then I will be among the FIRST to blast your ass and send your ass home. Because I don't have the energy or patience for it anymore, especially when its been unfortunately proven that at any given point, SOME of you still have the shallowness of character to back stab me and have so much shit to say about me and my family, behind our backs, regardless of how much we do in many of your regards.

I have to feel inspired to TEACH anyone and more often then not, Its like pulling teeth, pulling a cat into bath water, getting a child to eat his fuckin vegetables because ITS GOOD FOR HIM or HER... COME ON PEOPLE! And what's f*d up about it, is that of all the classes that I have taught you guys in the last 2 years (for SOME of you), I can honestly say that only a handful (3 or 4) stand out as either memorable and effective. And as a whole, that sucks. Because ALL of the classes should have and could be that powerful, weekly, if YOU, as it's student(s) would proactively decide that that's how it's gonna be! Can you Imagine where all of you would be right now if you truly applied yourselves EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU CAME TO MY CLASS... rather then just shuck and jive and come when you WANT to come and Pay when you WANNA pay and listen to the nay sayers who don't believe in how I

teach and my tactics!? WELL F* THAT AND F* ANYONE reading this who's guilty of that kind of half-hearted, novice approach to their craft! I've cast my pearls before swine and this shit stops here... now... TODAY!

Those that currently owe me money on your accounts, I want that cleared up as of this Monday, period. Or you don't ever have to return to class. Afterwards, ALL ($360) payments for ALL students (and I do mean 'ALL') will be due on the first Monday of the month that we have class, which will give Wanda and Siameze a break in the accounting department and stop all of the billing rebuttals and arguments with SOME of you who believe that we're 'nickel & diming' you for a lousy, stinking $90 a week. WHERE could any one else learn a craft that could generate them millions of dollars for the rest of their natural lives, for so CHEAP a price!? PUHLEEZE!

Yeah, some of you have made some break through's, and that's GREAT! For that, you should be commended, but in the grand scheme of things, it pales in comparison to where your heart, spirits and minds really need to be to get into the legitimate world of Acting, albeit on television, feature film or the legitimate stage. You're gonna have to really apply yourselves so that you actually stand out as the best YOU that YOU can be and you don't just blend in with the rest of the 1 billion wanna be actors that actually are working on the their craft, DAILY.

Some of these 'Actors In Training' have class in 8 hour workshops and eat, breath, and sleep their craft because they respect it. Because as smart actors and SMART BUSINESS people they understand that eventually the bi-product of all of that hard work and dedication will be notoriety, fame, financial freedom and the respect of the press, peers & public, alike.

But yet, aside from my own family members (Wanda and Siameze) who are obviously professionals, who can get 'naked' on ANY level, emotionally or physically, MOST of you, still cannot! And for those of you that thought to agree to belittle Siameze for getting totally butt ass crack naked in class for 15 solid minutes, by saying that 'it doesn't take much for ANYBODY to do that'... F* YOU! If you say you can do it like most of you said you could and bragged about how it doesn't really require TALENT, much of anything to just be naked, FINE- then I challenge you folks that think it's oh so simple to be 'NAKED' on any level, and like NIKE says... JUST DO IT! If not, then respectfully shut the fuck up! Stop being a barking dog with no bite!

And for the record, I felt what Siameze did that day (not as my son but as an actor I have seen progress through time) took a lot of courage as he started off as one of the worst actors in my class when I first started.. and we've all seen him develop into a full scale character actor without FEAR, LIMITS or WALLS! We have been there for each and every one of you, each time you have called upon us for (either) my or our

And reciprocally, because we've most certainly been guilty of loving folks a lot deeper and stronger than they do us... we have deliberately put many of you to the 'test' to see how you'd respond in the event that our backs were against the wall, and were less than pleased with the results from MOST of you, who turned your backs on us completely... passed harsh judgement... and / or came to ridiculous and insidious conclusions further besmirching me, my character, my business and my family name. I guess it's true what they say, when it comes to people who are incapable of showing no gratitude, NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED and TOO MUCH IS NEVER ENOUGH! But all of your actions have been dully noted, trust!?

It's the age old story, The Care Taker is there for everyone, but when The Care Taker needs to be 'Taken Care Of', there's nobody there to return the favor or courtesy. And that's cool too. LIFE LESSON LEARNED!

I make no apologies to any one for any portion of this letter, for each of you know exactly what portion of this letter pertains to YOU and exactly what YOU yourself have been guilty of, here in our small 'village' of Las Vegas, where ALL things done and said in the dark, soon come to the light! I'd rather end up with one $erious student each week in my class, then a bunch of half-hearted ones.

And God help you all, should I ever dare to dig, trip, dip and/or reveal the various personal & FACTUAL aspects I know about each of your lives reading this letter, the way SOME of you have fabricated mis-applicable aspects of mine. Now that would be a best seller indeed! Remember, those of you who live in glass houses should NOT throw stones!

My family and I have a lot to focus on to put on my 'so called' shows here in Vegas and around the world. Let me please once more, set the record straight...

'SODOM' is NOT my project, it is one that I whole heartedly believe in and have been invited to serve as it's

Co-Producer & Musical Supervisor, with quite a few licenses towards 'Casting'. It is and was created by Yvette Araujo, who is one of the most remarkably beautiful, versatile, loving, hard working, sexy, and powerfully articulate women I have ever met in my life.

We are partners now in the 'SODOM' project and I beat that drum loud & proud. But make no mistake, 'SODOM' is still her baby, and she is it's alpha and omega, truly, with FINAL SAY on everything in it's regard. I am merely, it's proud step-dad, because make no mistake, the blood that runs through that 'childs' veins, is hers!

She has done a stupendous job of independently raising money for her project to get it up off the ground and to secure her 13 week airing contract with FOX and CW, starting on February 9th. She should be commended and applauded for pulling all of this off without a pilot episode. Brava, Brava!!!

Respectfully, I met Yvette Araujo in the early summer of 2007 (May or June) I suppose, like most of you, at an open audition at The Lenz Agency here in Las Vegas, and developed my relationship with her as we got to know each other better both here and eventually at the final call backs in Denver, which I flew with many of you, out to.

I, on the other hand, have been living in Vegas since Valentines Day 2006 and been teaching Drama here (among other things) since April 2006 (which was looooooooooong before I ever met and/or heard of Yvette and/or the 'SODOM' project). Thus, any one of you that is under the misconception that my drama classes were specifically designed to train actors for 'SODOM', are severely misguided. And anyone that thinks that you MUST take my class to be in 'SODOM', again... another misnomer!

I am completely blown away by the insidious, ridiculous & even vicious rumor's that many of you all have engaged yourselves into in correlation to me (Eric Floyd), Goddess Empire, Yvette Araujo & The Sodom Project... questioning everything from the project's validity, my intentions, Yvette's motives and our over all character, as a whole. It disgusts me that ANY of you, who I have 'spent', 'invested' or 'wasted' my time with (take your pick) in FREE thresholds, FREE demo reel taping sessions that last anywhere between 1 hour (w/the best of you) to full 8 & 9 hour demo reel filming day sessions (for some and/or a group of you together), PRIVATE LESSONS & INSTRUCTION, career consulting, photo sessions, incalculable FREE movies, dinners, shows.. in addition to (bar none, for what I offer @ 6 to 8 hours a week lessons @ just $45. a class that you ALL have exhibited tremendous growth in) THE MOST ECONOMICALLY PRICED DRAMA LESSONS IN TOWN; would still dare question my motives,

intentions, work ethic and the content of my character!?!

Yvette just happens to acknowledge that she hired a disproportionate amount of Actors from my camp/agency (more than any other in 6 states that she has called upon for audition candidates) because she loved how I trained my people to be REACTORS as opposed to ACTORS.

For the record (again), 'SODOM' is NOT my project, thus, I have no control over it's shooting date, which has long been and remains October 6th here in Nevada and on through late December.

For the record, I cannot offer contracts for 'SODOM', as that comes out of Yvette's office, who, only after calculating how much of her independently raised financing that she can allot towards Actors & (more importantly) Special Effects, as to which characters/actors she'd like to offer contracts to. Or more plain and simple so that even a four year old can understand... ACTORS can be replaced, you/we are the most expendable of all of the equation, because this is SHOW BUSINESS, where an actor can fired first thing in the morning on any movie or TV show set and be replaced by lunch time to fill the same part. That's a given. Now, raising MONEY, that's the hard part for any Producer / Project... finding a qualified, ready, rich, ripe actor whose WILLING & ABLE... that's the real easy part,

and don't ever get it twisted, folks!

The real challenge is having enough money in your kick to do SPECIAL EFFECTS well... and certain characters like The Warrior Women, Dark Angels and the like have to...

With that being said, if Yvette has monies in place to tell her 13 weeks worth of stories with little special effects for certain characters needed, then THOSE actors (characters) will be contracted first. Those characters (Actors) whose parts require a ton of super expensive (green / blue screen) special effects in post production (each), until she's got their monies $ecure, those actors will have to WAIT until they are made a firm offer contractually from her, when she is comfortable financially enough to do so. Period.

If any of you reading this has a problem with this, then I implore you to please write your own series, get a meeting with a network and $ell it for 13 weeks without a pilot episode (as this amazing Queen of a woman, did) and then independently raise the millions it will require to then DELIVER said 13 week series to the network! When you've walked (even) a day in her or my moccasins, then, and only then, have you earned the right and privilege to even remotely judge either one of us!

I can understand and respect that MOST of you are novices at this and haven't a clue how REAL industry projects are put together... and so your ignorance in these realms is probably of no fault of your own... because if you don't know the difference between A SERIES PICKED UP BY A NETWORK vs. A SERIES CONTRACTED TO AIR ON A NETWORK, then I guess, you just don't know! But what I do hold each and every one of you RESPONSIBLE for is

YOURSELF... YOUR CHOSEN ACTIONS... YOUR CHOSEN (MALICIOUS, UNSAVORY and/or NEGATIVE) WORDS, DEEDS & ACTIONS TOWARDS ME, YVETTE AND THE 'SODOM' PROJECT...

And for what??? Because things didn't proverbially fall into place as FAST as YOU would have liked them to... expected them to... and/or were perhaps led to believe that they would... child puhleeze!!!

GROW UP!

This is the hardest industry in the world and (even) Academy Award winning projects, Actors and the most rock-solid careers are built on PATIENCE and take years to develop. Just ask any $uccessful actor involved. And I stress the word 'SUCCESSFUL', because many of you, unfortunately, have chosen to get, receive and/or accept your advice (if that's what you want to call it) from folks who do NOT $uccessfully make their living in show business; but who instead, like yourselves, maintain a myriad of day jobs, night jobs, 3rd shift positions and the like. Big mistake. It's like the blind leading the blind. And I don't care how many show business successful relatives and/or friends you have in the industry, unless you've walked that walk (of being a major cast principal in a TV series, major feature film, multi-platinum recording artist, headlining world tours, already have an international fan club & base, etc.), then you surely can't accurately talk that talk! And that's on the real!

INFORMATION is only as good as the source it's coming from! If you can't trust the messenger, you can't trust the message. And with no disrespect intended, last time I checked, me and my family (Wanda & Siameze) were the only one's amongst you who have independently made our living & million$, strictly and solely in The Entertainment Business. That's all we do. That's all we've ever done. That's an indisputable FACT that any GOOGLE search (on ANY of us) would attest (going back on us to the 70's, 80's, 90's and on into TODAY)!!!

So shame on those of you who have wrongly chosen to engage in vicious gossip, unwarranted shit stirring,

ridiculous conspiracy theories and the like... some of you have gone on to even vent to others that 'I'm a con man and full of shit... Yvette's project has no legs of validity... etc., etc., etc.'

Well let me remind you all that each and every one of you who occupies a space and place in my Reactionary

Intensive asked to be there... you were not targeted, pursued, hunted down and forced to join my class(es). You, as a grown ass a adult, have chosen to study with me, and all I've asked of you in return, is to NOT WASTE MY TIME!

Don't know how YOU view things... but MY TIME is the most valuable thing in the world I have... because it is a GIFT from God Herself. It's NOT something I'm able to GIVE myself... it is something that each and every moment of each and every day is 'GIFTED' to me (and ALL of us, for that matter)... so I take personal offence when ANY of you

make appointments with me (for private instruction, thresholds, etc.) and then you DON'T show up... even after I've allotted 3 and 4 hours of MY TIME just for you. This is exactly why my policy is that you all pay up front (preferably 'seasonally') for your classes in ADVANCE, because Human Nature dictates that you will take more seriously, something you've paid for, then something you have NOT yet done so. It shouldn't be this way, but it is.

And Human Nature also dictates that what you don't understand, you FEAR... and what you FEAR, you'll create false negative based things about the thing(s) you fear, in order to justify YOUR (chosen) fears. Hell, that's the basis of ALL racism... classism... sexism... and (even) homophobia... NONE of what you believe is true, of course... but because there's 'safety' in numbers and most people LOVE to gossip in GROUPS, and then you willfully engage in a dance with one of the oldest and most seductive demons of all... FEAR! Remember...

False Evidence Appearing Real

If someone's too good to be true, then surely they must BE! If I search hard, long & strong enough about someone, surely I'll have to uncover something WRONG with them! Well, duh... that would be true of ANY ONE walking the planet now (myself included), but the main question is, why are you deliberately seeking out something WRONG to judge a person on and/or by? I say, if you have THAT much extra time on your hands, please take the time to open up and clean out the skeletons in your own closet(s)... I'm sure you've got your own bones to bury and keep hidden!?!

Some of you have disappointed me with deliberate short term memory loss, getting brand new on me all of sudden... NOT remembering all of the TIME that me and my family have put into helping you to develop a craft that will last you a lifetime... and that if you simply apply yourself and get the proper tools of the trade (technique, openness, photos, resume, bio, web site, demo reels, etc.), you could actually make a living doing something you love for a change! You forget all of the sacrifices, late night calls, working with you economically to pay for your classes, dozens of hours in FREE THRESHOLDS (which are equally exhausting for BOTH of us), subsidizing the trip to Denver (R/T AIR, HOTEL, GROUND & MEALS) and one of you even got an all expense paid trip to NYC with me and

my family when I went home to produce JOE JACKSON'S HIP HOP BOOT CAMP with Melle Mel, Kurtis Blow, Afrika Bambaataa (who's a weekend guest in my home today due to his playing STUDIO 54 tonight) and Wanda Dee.

What is the saddest question of all is... how many of you have actually grown as PEOPLE!? How many of you are still practicing the same back stabbing, two faced, immature practices that you had while in elementary school? Forming clicks... spreading vicious gossip... insulting others to hide your own insecurities and inadequacies... skipping class altogether because either the work is too hard and/or you're NOT applying the proper investment of WILL or MONEY to something you're not at all sure you really want and/or are even good at? Still seeking outside validation from others about the pursuit of your dreams!?

This is insane people! If you still need someone outside of yourself to tell you that YOUR DREAM is worth pursuing, you've already loss! Nobody has to tell a thirsty person how to drink or a hungry person how to eat and/or whether or not DRINKING or EATING is necessary... and this business is the same... if you really want this with all your heart, soul, might & sinew, then friends, family, religion, lack of finance/economics, etc., will NOT be able to keep you from 'IT'. WHY? Because, A WINNER ALWAYS MAKES A WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Look in the mirror right now, ARE YOU A WINNER! If you're NOT, then get angry and do something about it, for a change... stop blaming the world for your

own lack of WILL, GUTS and DETERMINATION, and go inside yourself to go find some. And if you are one, then respectfully shut up and MAKE IT HAPPEN! Because that's what WINNERS do!

I've NEVER written to you all in this way or for as long as this correspondence is... but the shit that filters in and back to me, and it always does... and some of the stuff that SOME of you have had the audacity to ASK me... THINK of me... FORM against me... is all absolutely ridiculous (at best) and pathetically sad (at worst)!

I have given way more than I receive (some of you even still owe me money on a personal level), I've been there for each and every one of you (morning, noon & night), and all I've asked in return is...

DON'T WASTE MY TIME! SHOW UP TO CLASS PREPARED

Hell, how many of you still come to class with 'I don't have anything prepared'... 'My character is not yet ready to share with others'... 'I can't do this'... 'It's too hard'... 'Can you pick someone else, I don't feel like working today'... 'I'm not used to be touched by the same sex'... 'showing my body is just not something I'm comfortable with'... 'Howling like a wolf on all fours, is just way too un-cool for me'... 'This scene is too hard for me, because it reminds me of my own Mother'... 'I can't do this, because it's so far out of my comfort zone or character (duh?)'... and I could go on and on. It's lethargically pathetic. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. I'm not interested in training or applauding mediocrity. You've got the wrong teacher for that. I want my students to be the very best that Vegas has ever produced and to go onto deliriously glorious careers!

And yet, it's those same one's of you, aforementioned above that want to incessantly question me (and others) about the 'SODOM' project and as to 'EXACTLY WHERE IS YOUR CONTRACT AND WHEN WILL WE GET STARTED?'... well, here's a newsflash for you. Do you feel that with that kind of aforementioned attitude towards your theatrical work ethic / class room demeanor, that YOU, are even worthy of a contract for a 13 week television series on a major network?

What planet are you living on? NOBODY is just gonna give you anything because you WANT it. WANTING it is NOT nearly enough. Now WORKING for it, will always produce results. WANTING it, will not!!!

If you are deemed indispensable to Yvette and the SODOM project, she will call on me to contract you, when she's damn well good and ready. Until then... in the meantime and between time, press on with your life and your studies,

for LUCK IS WHEN OPPORTUNITY MEETS PREPARATION. Do not hinge your entire career and proverbial 'big break' on 'SODOM', for that would (again) be quite foolish, indeed! Remember, your career, like your ability, should be like WATER... able to take on whatever you are called upon to do. Just look at my wife, WANDA DEE, who has both $urvived and thrived in this business for over 30 years, 'shape shifting and morphing' herself from B-Girl to DJ (Hip Hop's first) to Rapper (Hip Hop's first glamorous female one at that) to multi-platinum selling singer to multi-lingual, international touring singing/dancing sensation to (now soon to be) Las Vegas headliner!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!!!

I am personally sick and tired of all of the name calling, nay saying, doomsayers, gloom mongers & energy stealers amongst you, who proactively CHOOSE to engage in this nonsensical and immature behavior. For those of you who know me, know that I am allergic to only one thing, and that's... B******T! I can smell it & sell it, a mile away!

If this is what YOU CHOOSE to engage in, I ask you emphatically, for YOUR sake, do not bring it amongst me, my household, my business and/or my projects (and there are several multi-million dollar projects that you'll ALL soon be reading, seeing and hearing about during the course of this month). For if you are not a part of my solutions (as I have been a part of yours), then you are (indeed) a part of my problems. And I get rid of 'problems' with a quickness!

What I'm most proud about is that God Herself will not let negative spirits persist in my midst, for they will NEVER remain or be comfortable around Goddess Empire... and they will ultimately always cancel themselves out, no matter how long & strong they think their game is. This divine protection is called GRACE! Yvette and the 'SODOM' project are cloaked in it too...

Just think of all of the many folk who USED to study here with us, who have now all of suddenly canceled themselves out... dropped out... thrown themselves out... argued, bs'd, gossiped and unceremoniously just lashed, thrashed & trashed themselves OUT of my class!? And there are a few... Drop me a line please when you find out where they are today... how have their lives been since... what great new inroads have they made in their personal lives & careers since leaving... have you seen their names rolling and scrolling across any movie or television screens lately... heard about their new BIG opening here on The Strip...

The guilty one's of you reading this correspondence, who have engaged in the above stated skullduggery, know exactly who you are and what you have done. And although it defies the logic of basic human decency, your negative actions have all been dully noted and remain unfortunately actual and factual. And the innocent one's amongst you reading this correspondence, then just take notes of what NOT to do and press on as exemplary as you have been. But in either case, make no mistake... you all will be held accountable for your actions or lack, thereof!

At the end of the day, YOU are the one who must lay in the bed that YOU made for yourself. For those of you who show me the virtues of hard work, discipline, determination, devotion, dogma, dedication & divinity in your work ethic in class and in your personal relations with me, will reap the benefits of those well placed attributes. And those of you who still show benevolence, distrust, selfishness, disrespect (for MY TIME) and disobedience to The Craft, will also, surely have to reap what you sow in that regard as well. THE STORY IS COMPLETELY MADE UP IN AN ATTEMPT TO WIN A DENTAL MALPRACTICE CASE!!!! IF YOU ARE TO READ THE OBVIOUS LIES POSTED HERE THEN YOU ALSO NEED TO READ THE TRUTH AND THE REBUTTAL!

I am receiving calls from people that I am working with and people who know me about this report. Since the lies are posted here, I have no choice but to legally go after the 2 men responsible for the posting. I am a victim of a very serious dental malpractice that left me with severe damage to all of my teeth. The Dentist, Dr. Drew Richards, DDS completely ruined all of my teeth, left me with bone damage, my jaw out of alignment and severe pain and infections that almost killed me. Dr. Richards placed giant teeth in my mouth after filing all of my natural teeth down to nothing, and without the proper treatment. The teeth were very large, thick and long. My mouth could not close to its natural position. The teeth was blocking my mouth from shutting which cause my joints of my jaw to be out of alignment and caused serious spasms. The teeth curved outwards like claws which caused my face to be altered and deformed. I looked like a monster! I went into hiding and depression and lost all of my work in the entertainment industry. I begged and pleaded for this Dr Richards to repair the damage to my teeth. This Dr Richards was very rude, insulted me with racial slurs, threaten my life with a gun in his hand, called other dentist in town and told then not to treat me, there is more.

At one point he decided to try and file the giant teeth down to relieve me of pain and so that I can speak, that went on for weeks with many visits at lease 2 times a week. One of those visits Dr. Richards said that he could not fix the oversize teeth and that it was out of his hands, he said he had gotten in over his head. Dr. Richards told me to get an estimate of what it would cost to repair my teeth and he will pay for it, he went on to say that his insurance company will pay for the damage and that he will contact me in 2 days with all the information from his insurance company. He never called me back, I went out and got the estimates. The dentist I wenet to go see for an estimate both asked for me to get my molds and X-rays in order to be properly examined and to see how my teeth were before the the giant teeth were placed in my mouth.  By this time I was in severe pain and it was getting worse. I called Dr. Richards, asked him about the insurance company. Dr. Richards told be that he do not have to give me shit! When I asked who was his insurance company, Dr. Richards told me you figure it out Bitch and hung up on me. I was devastated, I was afraid that I would be stuck with the damaged mouth. Dr. Richards also told me that he will see to it that no one help me. He said that once the teeth are done they can not be done over.

I was unable to get treatment and help because Dr. Richards refuse to turn over my medical records, molds and x-rays after begging and pleading with him many times. I was so desperate to get the giant teeth out of my mouth, I went to Dr. Richards office and pleaded with him to give me my medical molds and x-rays. Richards told me "I do not have to give you shit" he then walked away from me, handed his wife a document drawn up by the attorney Michael Prangle, and told me to sign it. The document stated that Dr. Richards returned my molds and x-rays to me when he did not. I refuse to sign the document and rushed over to the Nevada Dental Board. I explained my problems and the Dental Board was in shock at the entire issue and the appearance of my teeth. The head person clalled Dr. Richards while I was standing there with Dale and told Dr. Richards that it was illegal for any Dentist not to release x-rays and molds of a patent. Dr Richards yelled and cursed this person out until she had to take the phone away from her ear because of how loud this man was yelling. We all heard him through the phone. She then got on the phone, read off some legal codes and said that the Dental Board can shut him down. He then said that he would release the molds and x-rays but I had to pay for them. I paid for the molds and x-rays and still did not receive them for a while. When the other Dentist did receive them, it was in a box with many other molds that did not belong to me. I had to file a report with the Dental Board, there was a case and an investigation with the Dental Board, Dr. Richard was ordered to pay back all the money I had paid him and he had to go back to school for more training. Dr. Richards admitted to dental malpractice, that his treatment was far below the standard of care for all dentist. When he paid back the money to me I went and took the money to the Dentist that was going to treat me. This dentist had found out that Dr. Richards had called around town telling other LVI trained dentist not to treat me. The first dentist I went to for an estimate was also threatened by Richards which is why he decided not to treat me. The cost to reconstruct all of my teeth and fix the damage was far more expensive than what I paid Dr. Richards. That was due to how severe the damage was.

The case end up going to trial because the Dr. Richards and his insurance company refuse to pay for the damage. I also found out how serious the damage to my teeth and jaw was after I was able to finally be examined.

Mr. Prangle found away to keep all of my evidence out of court and to communication with some of the jurors. Prangle also called fake witness, one them claimed to be the dental assistant that worked on me, and she was not. The dental assistant that I had was a White blond beautiful girl, this witness was a full figured Latin woman with a large nose. I never seen her before.

You see during all of this I was being called a gold digger, prostitute and every kind of insult in the book by Dr. Richards attorneys. They had no defense against me so the only way to win their case was to bash me and my reputation to make it look as if nothing happened to me, that I am just doing this to get money out of the Dentist.

It was the dentist Dr. Drew Richards, DDS that was involved with prostitutes from Hawaii and the Philippines. It was the Dentist that was in that world. In fact this is what Dr. Richards told me and did not deny this in court. "If you ever think about suing me, I will make your life miserable and I have friends that work at The Crazy Horse Gentlemen Club that will take you out". Dr. Richards showed me his gun. This took place at his office. Dr. Richards also brought his gun to the deposition as to intimidate my attorneys.

This is the reason I was bashed here on RipOffReport. The person who helped Prangle was suppose to be my witness. I received and Email from Eric Floyd saying that he will not cooperate with my attorneys unless I sleep with him and spend some quality time with him. Also i needed to join his organization and move in his home, stay away from my family and friends because they would hold me back. I refuse to do so and this is a result of that refusal.

After Prangle and Eric posted the slander and lies about me on ripoffreport, the next day Michael Prangle called my attorneys and said that they had some new evidence on me. The day before Eric Floyd contacted me while I was in LA and made one more attempt to see if I would meet up with him some place and asked me to have sex with him. I refuse and the following day I was being bashed. This was posed a week before my trial was to begin. Michael Prangle, being desperate for a defense, brought the printed out report to court. I seen it in his hands. When he figured out that someone told that he was behind it, Prangle eased the paper under his folders and did not bring it up. I was looking straight at him.

THERE ARE MANY OTHER EMAILS WRITTEN THE SAME, BASHING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT AGREE WITH ERIC OR WANT TO JOIN HIS ORGANIZATION CALLED GODDESS EMPIRE.

I sit here writing this because I am tired of being dogged out for being a victim of malpractice, I am tired of everyone saying that I should just move on, when I am continuing to get calls from people who want to work with me but then find the RipOffReport post. And question me to see what it is all about. I did not asked for this. I am tired of trying to explain myself. I am tired of Michael Prangle and Richards threats and trying to put fear into me so that I will not come after them. I AM THE ONE VICTIM THAT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO WALK ALL OVER ME! I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND ALLOW THE SYSTEM TO FAVOR THE CRIMINALS! I WILL NOT BACK DOWN EVEN WITH THEIR THREATS. I WILL NOT FEAR THIS LAWYER BECAUSE OF WHO HE IS. I DO KNOW THAT THIS IS A PATTERN AND YET PEOPLE ARE AFRAID TO CHALLENGE HIM. I AM TIRED! I WILL DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO BRING THESE MEN TO JUSTICE! This is coming from friends and family of Eric Floyd and the Goddess Empire organization.

We are writing this to ask you to PLEASE do not move forward with additional charges against Eric Floyd. We have a statement from Eric Floyd and that is…. that he is VERY SORRY for the post here on Rip Off Report. Eric stated that he only posted this because he was angry that you refuse to meet with him and join us, that you may be the person that exposed his investment letters. It was his belief that you are the person, Arkeni that posted his business dealings, investment letters and warnings on the Internet. Eric now knows that the people that posted those things about him were the people that invested in Goddess Empire. Eric knows it was Kim Pae, Rachael and many others, who, by the way has been paid back some investment money.  

Eric Floyd was not thinking clearly when this was written and is very remorseful and wants to send out his deepest apology for what ever harm that these false stories has brought you.

We as friends and family all spoke with him about his behavior and Eric is truly sorry for this slander and the hurt that he has caused you. Also Eric is regretful for his conversation with Michael Prangle in order to help him with further slander about you to try and hurt your medical mal-practice lawsuit. 

We at Goddess Empire ask and plead with you to please do not press further charges against Eric Floyd or Siameze. It will do nothing but hurt him and his family who did not deserve this. As you know Wanda and Siameze greatly depend on Eric Floyd for their livelihood, and Eric is now a father to a little baby girl who is innocent and rely on her father to take care of her. We are pleading with you Arkeni not to move forward with the FBI. Yes Eric is already in enough trouble. Eric will not be able to pay anyone back their money if he is in prison for the rest of his life. PLEASE Arkeni do not move forward with this investigation on Eric Floyd. Eric is not well and he is seeking mental help.

We also ask if you can PLEASE remove information from your website on Eric Floyd and Goddess Empire.
