Aurora Loan Services - Lehman Brothers Company Rip off Aurora loan Services does not help unemployed neither employed individuals that would like to keep their home ,

It has been a frustrating ride with this company; I had file a modification since August 2008. Until this day I have been denied. I started to be late because I gotten layoff of my 10year job. I notified them immediately that I loss my employment and that  I was seeking for another job. After a few months I started to see that no matter how much money I lended to my families and friends I was not going to be able to make it. I submitted a modification package for help to lower my amount of montly mortgage payment.  I ask for a refinace before falling behind because my loan is 9.25% interest rate in a 989 sq house. I was told that I had a 3years penalty and that my house was not worst enough to refinance. 

 My modification was also denied because  I did not have sufficient money to pay bills and that my unemployment fund were  insufficient income coming to my house. Every  document and proof  of my hardship that I had was  submittted to Aurora Loan without a positive respond on their end. As of today I have submitted my employment information and was told that I was denied again for a modification  because I do  not earn enough. I  submitted  a letter explaining that I don't earn $35,000 thousand anymore and that all I need is my payment to be modify so I can keep my house. My income have gone from $35,000 to $29,000a year. I have done everything in my power to keep my house. Today I feel so depress that I cannot find a solution to this problem. No matter what I say and try with this company I will not find the light at the end of the tunnel.
