I found a similar report on your site. I received an email stating that I was a possible heir to Jurgen Kruger.

Jurgen Kruger died Dec. 13, 2004 and was a Christian phlianthropist who supposedly knew that I would help humanity with the money he left me.

I never even heard of Jurgen Kruger and do not believe this to be legitimate.

You are absolutely correct

I'm sure this is not legitimate. They tell you that you've come into a bunch of money. Then they'll say they need some amount for "processing", "taxes", or something else. You send it to them, and they disappear.
