Hilltop Records They cheated me out my royalities for thr song entitled: Obey Your Parents in which I've written. The song was put on there album called: Glory. I copyrighted my song before I signed the contract with Hollywood, California

In 2001 I've signed a contract with Hilltop Records. They sent me a letter telling me they heard my song and want to use it on there album in return I will receive royalties off every album sold. The name of my copyrighted song I gave them permission to use is: "Obey Your Parents". They re did my song and had this country man sign it.

The name of the album it was used on is: "Glory". They had me to first mail them a check of like $385.00 for the production work. One day They mailed me the produced cassette and they told me congratulations, the album has been released and you will start receiving your royalties in two months.

In the contract I've sign, they told me that they will reimburse me  the $385.00 back then after that I will start receiving my royalties.  One day I got a mail from Hilltop Records and it looked like a check; and I saw, pay to the order of: so I got so excited thinking that I was about to by me a new car that day. So I opened it up and all I got was thirty five dollars. Thats right $35.00 dollars and thats all I've ever got from them.

I tried to contact these people several times; they never responded to me at all. I want and need to know how many records they sold and I want all the monies due to me to be paid and full plus any other sale that they continue to make with my song are I'm filing a lawsuit on them. Its unfair how I was ripped off. I want justice.
