So, we now have a poster from Union Park. And, by the way, it clearly sounds like Edgar or his mother Wanda Fernandez are trying to put their two senses in where it does not belong! Simply put: I got a call on Friday morning at around 10AM (EST) from Altamonte Detective Brendan Riggs to inform me that all property is being released. An appointment through my lawyer Bryan C. Hugo has been arranged! If you need further clarification, then go ahead and ask! But, there should be no need for further clarification.

 

And, to who is Union Park posting on this site, you should know the following information! Based upon information contained in an affidavit with Bank of America, Wanda Fernandez was fired for conducting unauthorized money transfers from the Peabody Research Corporation checking and savings to the personal accounts of herself and her son. And, proof is in the pudding! If anyone needs further clarification, just contact Sandy Greene at Bank of America’s Orlando Fraud Operations Unit in Downtown Orlando. She’ll inform you on as much as she can; investigation still ongoing. And, by the way, there are people who lost their job as a result of this mess at the Union Park branch.

 

To answer the critics some more, the following information is true and accurate as of the receipt of document from the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. It goes into detail on how there is an apparent error on my driver’s license. And, it further explains what they are currently doing to try and fix the mistake that presently exists. And, to those critics, who claim I owe court fees, take this! Call Alliance One in California. They are the collection program (outside) for Orange County. And, they can vouch for full payoff of any monies alleged to be owed.

 

It truly hurts to see Edgar and his mom stoop to this level, when in fact, they both know that they were wrong and harmed a lot of people. A lot of good people who never got paid because of sticky fingers and illegal activity! Here’s a breakdown of monies embezzled by the Fernandez-Albandoz conspiracy:

 

On 12/29 – $4,800 withdrew from corporate account as bank adjustment and was transferred into the personal account of Edgar Albandoz by his mom and colleague.

 

On the same day – Peabody Research paid the car loan of Edgar Albandoz for $441.01. And, the proof is that the bank statement shows loan payment made in the Union Park, Florida branch. Contrary to Edgar’s lies, the investigation at Bank of America revealed that the car loan is actually in his name. So, good try to lie to many people.

 

On Jan. 15 – Peabody Research called into the Union Park branch and requested $750 be transferred from checking to savings. Why would we do that if had online banking and the transfer could be done without issue? Also, questions should revolve around the fact that the bank would move monies without the customer being physically present at the branch. But, $500 made it to the savings and $250 went into Edgar’s personal account.

 

There is more to detail, but can save that for later. Right now, the steam comes out of my ears more and more as I listen to people ramble on with frivolous information. That is right Fernandez-Albandoz! If you have relevant info, then share it. Do not use this site to be a sounding off board because of your financial turmoil!

Hey, Edgar, better pay those monies to Orange County. For your convenience, they have a MAKE PAYMENT button on the site. You owe the Clerk of the Court a total of $303.96 for case 48-07-CT-005173-A. That is one of your DUI cases. And, when you do pay, get that D6 clearance. You’ll need it!

 

See, the reason Edgar has his mother as the registrant on his Dodge Magnum is quite simple. Due to the fact that he has had two DUIs in Florida, that would mean an interlock device on any car owned or leased for a period of one year! That would be harmful to a chronic drinker and abridged abuser of the legal aspects of the law! I will not get into that any further. Edgar knows what I mean! Or, should I say, did it get through the core of the apple?

 

Furthermore, the 2006 criminal felony matter in Orange County is great to read! He gets put on probation for an S&D charge plus some minor charges. He is so stupid and violates that probation for the following, according to well placed sources, testing positive for THC in a urine analysis. So, what happens? He cops to a plea and agrees to testify to an inner circle of people. What does he get? A short stint in Orange County Jail and work release! Others get shafted! That is the same way he hurt some good people, who he thought were his friends.

 

I do not want to publish any more facts from Edgar’s troubled past. And, believe me his juvenile record is even more tasteful.

 

And, for Edgar, who had threatened me that if I did not provide him with my lead sources, you cannot bully people anymore! Just remember this fact: if you did speak with Detective Riggs, you have exhibited a clear and concise conflict because you were a partner and privy to confidential business information, including customer data and such. I do wish you well! Are you still working at HGVC? Or, did you get fired for shooting off your mouth? The world wants to know!

Has the man told the truth? No, he hasn't! And, furthermore, he has been warned by authorities to stop disparaging myself, my company, associates and investors.

I strongly urge anyone that questions integrity to take a look at what Eddie Poirier has done in the community. He is a too bit nothing who goes around bad mouthing people when he doesn't get his way.

He has been paid. I have proof of monies to him. And, if he continues to disparage himself in this community, the law of the land will prevail.

His is in direct violation of a court order that was issued last week. And, I strongly urge Eddie Poirier to follow that court order of face consequences of the Seminole County Judicial System.

As I've said before I don't really have "skin in the game" but I do like to help honest people out in their battles against scammers.

Hey there fellow victims , This is the basic update , as we all know Now,

 Jeffrey started out , lieing cheating , scaming and hurting everyone he had any contact with including his Dad ,

 He used ficticious aka and other Illegal business names , peabody research , global vac , devine vac , Ipomonitor , etc , along with that

 He stold Identities of those such as Jacob Goldstien , George cooper , Eddie poirier , Iris Hirschkorn , alan Hirschkorn , Bob Ross , william Moore , ruben mejia , etc ,

 He stold basic services from the utility companys and phone co , water , cable , internet , also scammed any business , furniture , computors , business Leads and con`ed Fedex , ups , and others like them to ship and get Items shiped to his home and Business locations , 

the banks really got hurt in an economic crisis by bad bank accounts bank wire fraud , made fraudulent account names , payments and claims thru the banks , had payments to vendors returned thru bad credit ,

worthless checks and over the internet payments charged back after 30 days ,of payment ( these payments were for the unsuspecting entities money was owed and jeffrey the good guy would make this payment to the bills owed by others to satisfy his dept in return) only to never pay the bill , and have vital services cut off from these victims, most with children , ( hows no electric with children ) Bad news Jeff didnt care !

  made false police reports , screwed contractors of many sorts , from supers , landscapers at the many facilities , to the work provided by hard workers he hired , Never paid dollar one in any rent to Landlords to several home rental properties , comercial rental properties , He screwed all employees and partners alike,  business associates and continued to do it even when confronted ,

 Hid behind his scams , stold many many thousands of dollars from others credit cards , would be vacationers and cleaned out their bank accounts , he prayed on the kindness of those that wanted to believe there was infact trust and honor in his words , business and otherwise , Jeffrey was given many opportunities to make good , or revive his reputation But as we know ( HES COO KOO ) 

Jeffrey like the shmuck that he was , Hit and run on everyone  !

till he ran into a few good men and women , who would not , could not , and still wont let him get away with it . Not a thing ,

They were on him till they broke the scam down to the point he could no longer pay his lawyers any money , or the bonds man either , he could not get to the PO Box without GPS , Equalizer , or the bounty hunter knowing what when and where , even before jeff was there they were watching ,He could not operate his scams , but tryed anyway till it all came down on him . 

I dont know what some others think (like the truth poster person ) or what issues they may have with Taylor ward ,

 But You have to know that I personally know who bounty hunter , broke x employee , Gps monitor ,are , and taylor ward ,there not !

I know also I am Not taylor ! I may make some mispellings also but dosent mean one thing or another . This thread is for the victims of Jeffrey R Hirschkorn to stay the course ,

and every victim here probably has a skeleton or two they may hide from past matters that have no bearing here , But no matter , Jeffrey screwed everyone here !

 Those that knew then , what was going on , got out in time I guess , or they would have gone down with jeffrey ,,,,

 If someone has proof of wrong doing , do what the best of the few here did ! File charges , follow and Back it up , and let the law handle it .... the right way . Dont throw gerbage out here without providing Proof as in past postings were put here to prove jeffs wrongs .  

There was alot that went into catching jeff with his pants down on the behalf of the few good ,

 money , time , effort , and many others contributed to this sucess simply from goodness with vital info , legle and other , but those few know exactly what it took to finally get jeffrey , what he very well deserves , and more to come !

 Charges have not stopped coming in , filing in orange county , seminole county and the victims are still popping up , coming out of the woodwork , Jeffrey will no dout remember all of his victims this time ,

and he will pay , They are watching him even through the jail system

there is a poster that was housed with Jeffrey ( A fly on the wall ) who posted when he got out or told his wife to post after visiting , any way we will all be on the lookout , and in touch either on

ROR or FB or E-mail or Phone Or in person , The eyes will always be on him.... Jeffrey will have no where to run , NY to Miami to Conn , to Mass , Pa, and even The UK all have victims who comunicate with me and others..... I know this personally to be true.

Also I have news that the IRS and Fed reserve are still looking ( Investigating ) jeffreys portfolio ( LOL ) past filings .... of Taxes , bank wires and through the postal service ( which is a federal offence ) (felony) if found guilty

There are other scams in Florida presently that have been uncovered by police , Most All are Jeffreys past aquaintences , They will all fall down , As jeffrey did .

Jeffreys past deliberate and intended criminal actions , have landed Jeff in Jail , He has given his freedom for them , Jeff even getting 1 day , was worth it , he has 24 mos .

As Life goes on Jeffrey R Hirschkorn is in jail as predicted by many , He was put in jail by his own hand , a friend who he decided to screw once again , who writes a bad check to the bail bondsman / woman who keeps you out of jail . ? LOL

Who tells the other bailbondsman / woman he will make good and then gives his wrong address with stolen credit card numbers ?

Who gives the lawyer representing you a stolen credit card to use as a retainer ?

Well 7/2/10 jeff was put in a 8x8 cell with Bubba and has had relations in a few different jails with Bubbas relatives and family members thru out Florida , He will frequent these institutions till as of now aprox ,    sept of 2012

Its known that Jeffrey has sent threats to you for when he gets out , Its known he screwed you his partner in crime , and that you filed some charges , but did you file and follow thru or will you scam so you dont end up in jail too .

You should not screw the facility that gives you food stamps . Dont lie to get $20 or $30 dollars  more for food , work for it like others do . Dont fraud the State as you did when jeffrey was there . You both were getting foodstamps while living under the same roof . .... You will be pursuied for the crimes you commited , and pay the money you owe to some , Judgement Days are coming and we all know your Bankruptcy has been discharged so everyone else can get you to pay ...... and they will find you wherever you are thinking of going .
