How dare he show up on the nations news begging and pleading of his abuse. How this beatings and abuse has a life time effect. How he can still feel and hear that whip come down and he'd tense up and hold the pain as not to yell out for FEAR of more whippings. You damn right d*k. Guess what else has a life time effect?? RAPE / CHILD MOLESTATION.. I am still dealing with the night you raped me at the age of 11. Calling me a prick teaser and a f*king C*t. I can still feel my skinny little body being yanked up from the floor, as the Dobie Brother played on your stereo, the horror in your voice that scared me till I had the shakes, crying, begging you, asking you not to hurt me. My beige with green trim shorts just ripped right off and the pain of my skin as you ripped my short totally off me and my butt hitting the floor again. I have you on tape talking about how you didn't intentional mean to abuse me or hurt me in any way. Yeah RIGHT you c*k s*ker. Own up to your own abuse that you placed upon me.

you accountable... Mr. and Mrs. Dick Colon, you were suppose to teach me the way to a good life. Not abuse your 11 year old sister-in-law, nor, throw me out Big Sister, Julie, because you were afraid I was doing your husband. You know he raped me and of the Abortion, you talked about it at OUR Mother's DEATH. When I visited your house, Dick always asked for my telephone number and I gave it, thinking he would somehow say he was sorry but once and ass, I do know now he is NOT the Man I was made to believe he was The GREAT BIG BAD dick colon.
He's a joke, just like you Julie, Your just as much a Bully. I hold you Accountable for this also. You’re always in someone's face wanting the truth and answer's and for everyone to apologize to you. I feel the Colon's OWE me.

This is the OP. I see someone else has had some experience with Richard J. (Dick) Colon, president of the Whitehouse Boys and owner of Mace Electric of Baltimore, Maryland. I have no idea about this new information, but I do know what happened in Orlando, Florida on September 26. That the crooks in the police department in Orlando did not make a successful arrest in no way validates Colon's felonious character and activities. It invalidates the already questionable legal system in the state of Florida.
The state of Florida tortured children to bloody pulp, and that is a fact of which I am a long-term witness, so do not even think of trying to tell me it never happened. If the new information added here in the above-mentioned rebuttal frame is false, it is a libel. If it is true, it is all the more reason for questioning the legitimacy of a system of criminal justice that repeatedly allows a crook like Colon to run free. The crimes of which this self proclaimed victim of sexual assault calims were committed against her by Richard J. Colon are felonies. In the state of Florida there may be no statute that limits the time when legal action can be commenced against the alleged offender. Whoever you are, if he and another did do this to you in Florida or any state, check the newer laws. Some have been changed and there might be no tolling of time limits to begin legal procedures. I have read some of the laws, and some had been changed.

Thank you for your response. I don't argue the fact this happened to Dickie and the others. I am however asking why would he, knowing that he himself did not Iike this pain and what was done to him. Turn around and put a child through the same emotional life lasting pain. He has now infected my life with this burden of deep emotional life lasting pain. I hold Mr Colon accountable to his actions, the way Mr. Colon holds others accountable for what they did to him. I am now forgiving Mr.colon and release this pain from my heart ..

You say you have evidence of the crimes of violent sexual assault Richard Colon and another committed against you when you were 11-years-old. Any abuses committed against him as a boy may be a partial explanation of why he raped you, only maybe, but that certainly is NOT an excuse. Childhood abuse is not carte blanche to commit any low despicable crime against a child and to go scott free. This malefactor should be locked up. I know he is rich, but that is not any reason to overlook his crimes. Laws for the types of sexual assaults you say he committed to harm you have been changed. There might not be any tolling of time limits for starting legal actions against him. If you do not want to pursue the matter, would you mind duplicating that evidence you have and making it available to me, to the attorney general in the state of Florida, and to the state attorney's office in Orlando, Florida? This system in Florida has become so low, corrupt, and undependable it takes a mountain of evidence to get any kind of charge at all pressed against a rich person.
I had a reason for mentioning that the state of Florida tortured children to bloody pulp, and it had nothing to do with defending Colon in any way. It had nothing to do with arguing the point with you either. The reason I mentioned it is this. I have posted on various forums for several years now. I posted facts most often. Not opinions but facts I knew first-hand to be real and accurately stated. However, on every forum were people who insisted I was lying and fabricating stories for the sole purpose of attempting to draw attention to myself. Even on this www.ripoffreport.com site where I mentioned the bloody beatings the state of Florida meted out to children of poor, disadvantaged backgrounds, someone appeared saying I was lying, and how his mother worked in the children's agency for so many years and had never heard of such a thing. This person insisted my story was bullshit, that I was a liar. Now that the Whitehouseboys sites are on the www I have a lot of support for my statements. But anyway, I mentioned the bloody tortures in case some other internet stalker might come across this thread and start in with their lies and denunciations again, and that's all. I have no interest in defending Richard Colon. I want him prosecuted.
Florida is crooked as a corkscrew.

Are you someone with the Orlando Post? Are you with the attorney general's office. It sounds as if you are a lawyer? This all happened to me in the state of MD, where Mr.colon lives. I have Mr. Colon speaking to me about him raping me but as you mentioned Mr Colon is very rich and has yet again brought his way out. I did file a case but the police department in Md feel that I have no case and have dismiss my çase with the mp dismissed I was hopeful until his lawyer went in and got him off then mpd called me and said I have no grounds. I also found a lawyer to help, said I have grounds for a suit but he to turned his back on me once he talked with Mr. Colon. I was going to get intouch with the MD attorney gerenal office. I just need someone who wont back down once they talk with mr Colon. He is a bully. How will u use this evidence. And how can it be of help to you?

Take it from someone who knows. Just because some sonofabitch in a law office says you have no case, it does not mean the crime was not committed against you. Like I said before, the system is as crooked as a corkscrew. Those in power need to be set straight on a few things once in a while. I would love to see them taken down in any way it can be done.
No. I am not a lawyer or a reporter. I am a person who intends to make that Colon malefactor pay for what he has done one way or another. I have a complaint against him and it is a valid one. The more information about Colon's other offenses I can get, the better.
Everyone knows Baltimore is one of the most corrupt, crime-ridden cities in the nation. That they did not prosecute that sicko for child rape does not surprise me at all.

I am here in Alb.,NM The crimes happened in MD. at the time I was 11 years, I am now 50. I have filed a complaint with the MDPD and I thought I was moving forward until they called him in and found Dick Colon with his attorney... case dropped lie hot cakes.. I even talked with a lawyer he too was very interested until the finally paper work was summitted to him and the name dick colon came out I got a call stating that he could no longer help...
