To the editor and staff of Ripp Off Report, we sincerely thank you for being THE avenue for public awareness and safety.

Ending our year with this report. This serves as a warning to the hard working taxpayers of Los Angeles County.

I linked all supporting public documentation to facilitate ease and efficiency in evaluation.

This is a copy of an email we sent to all related Governmental Agencies a week ago.

Sir/Ma'am,

We were victims of mortgage fraud turned consumer advocates.

This happened only as a consequence from helping a single victim of mortgage fraud, Edith. A 59 yr. old Afro American widow living on a fixed disability retirement income. Presently being kicked out after being fraudulently made a tenant to her own home.

It is very sad that the only time people will catch on to this is when it has already happened, taxes and gas prices over the roof and everyone will have no choice.

Let this be known that this already has been published first in ripOff Report on this 21st day of November, 2006. We tried our best to warn as many and as far as we can to a responce that ranged from mediocre to downright being laughed at, ridiculed, falsely accused, berated upon, insulted and called a lunatic. Little do all these people know that this was for their own good.

What: Conspiracy to defraud Los Angeles County Taxpayers, Defraud the State of California and The Federal Government.

Hardest hit will be Los Angeles County from undue taxation from dissipated losses from neglected mortgage fraud in Littlerock, Ca. 93543.

Please refer to page 27- 42 showing breakdown of funding sources. Whereby LA County's large local funding share is unique in the nation:

67% or 96.4 Billion of the cost will be shouldered by the Taxpayers of Los Angeles County

12% or $17.5 Billion will come from Federal Sources for a total of $144.5 Billion FY 2005-FY 2030

How: Mortgage Fraud; title red flags, underwritng and appraisal guidelines very questionable.

One case showed the following on title: property listed as a residence and mailing address was sold for $505,000.00 with the borrower drawing two loans of which the 2nd TD of $100,000.00 approx. also had a notice of default already prepared. This empty parcel was cross checked with the Los Angeles County Asssesors office. Parcels immediately surrounding averaged approx $150,000.00 or less.

Where: Littlerock "aka" Sun Village
an unincorporated area in the Los Angeles County portion of the eastern Antelope Valley in Southern California. It lies north of Littlerock. The center of Sun Village may be considered to be Palmdale Boulevard and 90th Street East.

Historically the area within the Antelope Valley where African-Americans were redlined into buying real estate until the passage of fair housing and nondiscrimination laws in the 1960s, the area is now considered part of Littlerock
