We did in fact have some problems. First off, our products are manufactured over seas, so we had no control over the delay of our shipment to our company. Also, when this customer placed her order, we did notify her within 9 days of purchase that this product was delayed.
We did do some updates to our systems and also notified the customer of those updates. Regarding purchases through paypal; we no longer use paypal. The reason being, is that when a customer places an order on the internet, paypal automatically deducts their account regardless if we have the product available or not. Therefore, if the product was delayed, we were unable to issue a refund immediatley because of the terms of service.
Since then, a part of updating our system is that we no longer use paypal. We do our transactions in house. No longer will the customer be charged, unless their product is packaged and ready for shipment. We diligently do everything possible to make sure that our customers are satisfied.
We are in the process of transferring the manufacturing of our products directly to Canada to avoid: delays of recieving product, better quality control, and to be economically responsible.
So, with that in mind, when we did recieve our shipment, this customers product was immediatley delivered to her. We do apologize for any inconvience that this has caused this customer. However, we did make these necessary adjustments to ensure all of our customers that we do value their business!
