This man is a fraud and a thief, a known drug user, and does poor workmanship.

He does not properly do his work, leaving the finished work looking less than professional.  He doesn't caulk well enough and you have to go back and redo the work within the first year.

He doesn't pay his bills either, owes everybody money.  He steals from the local stores by promising to pay later and never does.
