I received a phone call from T F S stating that my name had been drawn and I would be sent a free Sterio System with my next order. The salesperson, Kapjon, talked so fast that before I knew it he had me talked into buying more floor paint. The price online was $129/gal. but I was to receive 3 gallons for $59/gal. and one free gallon. Then he went on to tell me about a cleaning solution at such and such per pound and a promise of two free pounds if I ordered 5 lbs. Before I knew it, I was giving him my credit card number thinking that I was getting around $200 worth of merchandise. I asked for contact information...phone number and name should I decide to cancel my order. The salesperson assured me that there would be plenty of his cards in the box and there would be no problem contacting them. He thanked me for my order, quoted a total cost of $668.00, and quickly hung up the phone as I gasped at the cost and tried to cancel the order. I had the company's phone number because I had ordered floor paint from them in the past. I called the number immediately and several times after only to hear that the customer service lines were all busy. I left my name, phone number, and a request to cancel my order, but never heard back from the company. Later in the day, I called my bank and they said that they would "dispute" the purchase. The money was credited back into my account immediately. A couple days later, the products arrived UPS and I noticed the amount was again missing from my bank account. I have called and called T F S and haven't gotten anything but a ringing phone. My next recourse is to call my bank again and see if they can make some progress. Diane, Skaneateles, NY
