Maarco & Associates Quality Parking Services Quality Parking Services valet parked my one week old Audi and dented the bumper. They refuse to take responsibiliy for it after I filed the claim. Woodland Hills, California

I had Qualiy Parking at the Federal Bar in North Hollywood, valet park my car. This is a brand new Audi. Not a scratch on it.

 When I picked the car up, not a word was said about the damage. When I left the lot and got my car into the light I noticed the damage to the rear bumper. I went back to the lot imediately and talked to the attendant there. He aplogized, had me fill out a claim form, and assured me my car would be taken care of.

He told me to call Mo at Quality Parking Service on Monday. I called Mo, he said I must write a letter to Maarco and Associates explaining what happened, along with the claim #. This I did. In the mean time I did some research on Maarco and Associates and found them listed with the Better Business Bureau with an F rating.

I also found others with the same situation and found that Maarco and Associates will not take responsibility for any damage what so ever. I was not surprised when I got the same form letter other people have recieved. They did not do it, blah, blah, blah.

After more research on the internet, I see most valet services work the same way. It is a very dirty business. I have heard the best way to go is small claims court. The judges know these people are dirty and have probably had their own incounters with them. Very good chance to get your money but the courts can take years to get to your case. I will do it, just on general principal.
