In the Harris County precinct 1 alone, hundreds are scammed by leasecomm every year. Judge Patronella either through colusion or ignorance allows Houston citizens to be ripped off by this preditory company. I personally was sold a credit card processing software package that consisted of a floppy disk.

When I returned the disk for problems with the software leasecaomm refused to return it. They then claimed I broke the lease (they kept the software!) and sued me in MA. I had no oportunity to defend my self in Texas and ended up owing them $3400 for a floppy disk that didn't work.
