You are absolutely right. My "salesman" kept saying "I don't know what you are going to do with all the money you're going to make".

The website is acting funny for me but I'll post another rebuttal explaining what you must do to help rectify this.

We live in a world were you can call the police on your spouse and they can get arrested. If you get caught stealing in a store you go to jail. If someone robs a bank, they go to jail. But if someone steals your dreams...... it takes a long time for anything to be done about it.

Let's say that many years ago you were sitting around with your friends talking about what would make life easier. You all take turns going around stating, " they should come up with this that and the others". Many of us have had and will have this kind of conversation.

In doing this a few of the many has actually took it to the next level and got a patent rather it be yours or something one of your friends ideas that you literally stole from them because they weren't thinking outside the box or was thinking outside the box without knowing. This just goes to show how we all know what needs to be done but can't because we don't want to out of fear of failure or we are waiting for someone else to do it.

I once sold drugs many years ago. I went to prison to pay my debt to society, or should I say that's what they call it. I don't think like society thinks. You see prison makes you absent from society giving it a break from me for a while or from you or a loved one.
I choose to pay my debt to society after I got out of prison by being active in my in my community. Giving speeches in school settings. Managing a furniture bank for low income families ( actually staying well past my regular hours to get us caught up which I didn't get overtime for because it was through Americorps and I was a volunteer getting a living expense which was fine by me but my boss wasn't happy because he had to stay as long as I was out, what was he gonna do fire me!

That's another story!) I did all these things and will do more because I love it, it is me. Of course it wasn't much money in it.... but it got me high on life! I love to help when I can. Since I got in so deep and have all these good ideas. Since Our lovely president is cutting back on programs like Americorps, what is it to do? I searched my soul long and hard to the point of tears.

How can a man helping his girlfriend at the time fund a program that might die soon because of lack of funding. Let's say I get an idea for fireplace statues that are energy efficient in hopes that it makes millions. Everyone I know says it's a good idea after I explain it's inner workings. Someone I barely know invest 6,000 dollars just for 10 percent, I told them 20 percent just for being a friend and believing in it.

I got high hopes then and now that my idea of opening up centers of hope in my community are drawing close. This all took place between march and November of 2002 ( meaning the patent idea aspect of it) So I did a bit of research and decided to go with invention submission a.k.a inventhelp a.k.a intromark.

They are being investigated by the federal trade commission for stealing peoples ideas a.k.a lives a.k.a dreams. How come it's not on the news. How come we see O.J. Simpson on trial and those kids from down south being locked up on t.v. but those guys in suit are not in handcuffs. That inspiring fire I have is being delayed by some high profile thieves and no one is putting them in hand cuffs.... yet.

That is just one of my many ideas so I'm gonna call that bait! I want who ever reads this to do something, Write to Oprah, tell your rich father to do something if your spoiled, respond to me on here. Regardless what you do, think of life as you know. Then think about what your doing about it. Got any ideas?

Do not let them bully you into a partial refund. They tried the excuse that 'it's been 10 years' with me-as well as a gag order. I want the full refund as required by the FTC-94 ruling. This is the minimum I will accept to even think about not talking about this scam. I have the list of alleged 'companies' from their highly touted 'databank' that had NOTHING to do with what I was trying to market-much less that I needed foreign patents and was told I didn't-a violation of FTC-94.

I don't care how long it's been. All this scam information and rulings have not been available for 10 years so who cares. I, myself, didn't get internet access until 1999 and was a real rookie then as to how to search and access information. I am quite a bit better now and they will pay-either me by way of a full refund or in loss of revenue which I know has already exceeded what they could/should have refunded me.

Keep us updated. We must keep these slugs in the public eye to save others from the same fate.

I feel locked up but I'm no longer in prison. I need a laywer everytime I make a decision. I pray to God... He talks to me... He says my son it's not for anyone else to see. He told me son out of all the things you been through, stop trying to figure it out because your really not supose to. He says you want to help others well son I'm a show you how. Stop complaining to others and just shut your mouth. To help people through pain you gotta know what it's all about. You have to give your life, you have to share your pain. Even if they don't like you, you gotta stick to your thing. Don't worry about whose listening, it was meant for them to hear this too.

If they start to down you remember everybody plays the fool. He reminded me of all the stupid things I did. I once sold drugs and we all know that it isn't right. I found a better way and now I have to sell my life. To all these kids... growing up like me.... I have to show them what it was hard for me to see. As I look back I can see myself in the classroom. In the back of the class acting like a bafoon. I was being passed... from grade to grade. Couldn't wait to get out so I can see the thug parade. All the fancy cars with the shinny wheels. Being driven by brothers who's face's hard as steel. If you stared to long one of them might stop. It's best to keep your head down because you just might get shot. Now I know why all these kids are so afraid of success... I'm going crazy I just want to beat on my chest.

After given a speech at an alternative school, I tried to take the kids out and they said it wasn't cool. All I wantted to do is take them to a museum and let them know that wasn't the last time I wantted to see them. I'm not a one not stand. That wasn't part of my plan. Action speaks louder than words I just want to do what I can. How can I help these kids if the schools won't let me in. They better thank God that I'm born again. God forgive me for all the swearring I done did. Lord help me , I made a promise to these kids. I'm trying to teach them to grow up and put on suits.

Now I find myself being caught up in a dirty group. I'm sorry kids... this company stole my patent. Some of these things that went wrong, really wasn't supose to happen. They stole my idea they stole my dreams, I want to help you but right now I don't have a thing. I'm on ripoff.com telling them my story. Wrote to the trade commission and now they working for me. Inventhelp stole my dream but my God gave me more than one. When I find the right people there will be more to come. They think they got over but they won't get over me. Inspiring fire is gonna burn for the world to see. Don't put it on the shelf and you better not of changed it's name. They came from God do really want to take blame.

As little kids we were taught not to talk to strangers. When you steal from people your putting yourself in danger. You might get locked up or your momma might just whip your butt. I was in a high speed chase, drove myself to prison that's just so messed up. I've learned my lesson and I think it's time that you all learned yours. Corporations need to go to their rooms stay in there and do your choirs. I'm sorry if your parents never told you not to steal. My dad was a pimp but he always told me to keep it real. He said son do as I say don't do what I do. It took years for me to get it right but now I got a clue. Just because you can, it doesn't mean you have to. I'm a treat you right but if you treat me bad I'm coming at you. I'm a tell your dad... your dad is mine.

That idea was his so guess who's getting your behind? You can't hide from the truth and you can't hide yourself. you make 20 million a month and you didn't do it by yourself. You settled before and had to turn over millions. Your still in business so that really didn't hurt feelings. Let go of my dreams because it isn't yours, if you come clean maybe we can settle the score. To all the kids you have to listen close in school. Don't grow up in life living like a stupid fool. Because things you do might come back on you. Davison you might want to give me a call. All your employees are not gonna be there when you take the fall.

One thing I learned from the streets people stick together when the times get tough. Sometimes people start to talk at the sight of hand cuffs. Who's gonna tell on you... who's gonna talk to me. I don't know about you but I just can't wait to see.

If people in control do their job we wouldn't have the problems we have as a country. If the F.B.I agents that got a call about some odd flight lessons would their of been a 911? If the people that were robbed for millions for these corporations stealing what would they do with their money? July 29th we lost our daughter to a stillbirth( very possibly malpractice) I lost my job because the hospital told me to stay with her. I went out and got another job but got rear ended and had to go through physical therapy for a few months. We lost everything because of this series of unfortunate events. If inventhelp would of done their job, This time in my life would be a little easier. If the better B.B.B would of informed me of the 26 million the had to turn over, would I of went through them? DO YOUR JOBS RIGHT!
