Please do your research and do not spend your money with this company. I wish I had. I am out thousands of dollars and many hours of my time for promises of "permanent hair removal" and have nothing to show for it but frustration. It simply does not work. Not at all, I still have 100% the same amount of hair after countless sessions. And I'm very light skinned and dark hair-supposedly an ideal candidate. From my experience it is due to their "lasers" (IPL) not working, settings too low, lack of training of technications, technicians rushing through appointments and not using equipment properly, etc. And good luck trying to get an appointment based on when you should be getting your next treatment...they are always woefully underemployed and overbooked.

The individuals I have dealt with at this company have shown a complete lack of customer service and absolutely no follow-up when I have expressed my complaints. Lots of empty promises, but no actual call back...yet. I have referred several friends that also spent thousands and had the same results. I have been promised restitution, a medical examination process into my lack of results, and a refund, and cannot get anyone from this company (either from the corporate office or from the Atlanta location) to contact me. I think they keep hoping I will go away. I will not.

The last few times I attempted my appointments, there was always a patient at the desk requesting refunds or complaining about automatic charges and withdrawals on their account. I paid up front so I did not have these issues; they just took my money and ran.

If there is anyone from ALC that would like to respond, I'm waiting. Like I said, I stand by my rights so I'm not giving up on fighting this atrocious company and their empty promises and service scams. I hope my writing this account helps other people avoid my headaches. Go to a REPUTABLE company with medically proven lasers. Yes, ALC is a LOT cheaper. If something seems too good to be true, it is.
