i borrowed 300 from ameriloan and i paid it back the very next payday, so the next month i borrowed another 300 from them, and they knew i was going to want to pay it back also immedialy, but they have been taking $120 from my account 3 times every month instead of taking the agreed apon total whole amount out on that next payday, its been now 4 paydays so that easily is over what i borrowed from them now, and i told them i only get paid once a month and yet they have been taking it out of my account ever 1 1/2 - 2 weeks irregurarly and they tried to change their name on my account just a little so it would look like another company doing it instead of them but my bank says its them doing it.

now they have caused my bank account to overdraft as they took out 3 each of $120 this month alone when they where supposed to have taken the full $390 out which was the original $300 plus the $90 fee.
