This company had me sign a contract which states you will be billed a set and definite amount per visit, then they send you a bill showing a detailed itemization of "services" you received. A charge for these services being separate or optional never was discussed.
They replied to my complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office, stating in writing, that they would refund me some of the huge sum of money they debited my credit card. I have contacted them many times, and I have yet to see this money.

Waldo Rehabilitation is a Chiropractic Center, and is also known as Brookside Health Services.

I recently moved from that area to another state. I had seen Waldo Rehab's commercials on television and ALMOST called to start a series of therapy sessions there. Boy I'm glad I didn't...it appears that you are not the first customer that this has happened to. Look at the BBB website; there is another consumer complaint for the exact same issue you are having.
