May 2008, a sales man from this company knocked on my door, and our nightmare started.

The sales man lied to us bying saying our neighbour had signed up, we signed a one year pest control contract. Later we found out that they played the same dirty trick to get our neighbour into it as well.

After our first service, we found out that the American Home Shield service we already had covered pest control protection, so we didn't need this new service at all, so I called this company for cancellation, because we didn't need it and we have the proof. But they said we already signed the contract, so it can't be cancelled.  So basically, we had to pay for it for the remaining year. That is not too bad.

But after one year, we thought that our contract has ended, they still sent the service people to our house, and we were surprised. So we immediately called the company, and was told that if we wanted to cancel the service after one year, even the contract had ended, we need to put it in writing to cancel it and we could give the note to the service person on the spot, so we wrote the cancellation notification and the service person took it.  We thought that was the end of it, and finally, we don't have to pay this $80 bimonthly serivce that we don't need.

But, three month later, Sept 2009, they sent us a bill continue to ask for $80 and a late fee of $10 to pay for a serivce we have called them to cancel several times and also put it in writing three months ago.

I have never had a worse experience with a company. I have seen bad company, but I have never seen or experienced a company like this.

They played every trick trying to rip me off, unbelievable!
