Budget Brothers Termite & pest Elimination was hired to come to my house that I am selling to come out and do a Termite inspection. The buyers of my house wanted a inspection. The Buyers paid for the inspection. They found a small area in my shop, a seperate building from the house had a small area that needed to be treated. They, the buyers wanted me to pay for the treatment, So I agreed to pay for it. Budget Brothers Termite & pest Elimination charged over $450 for the treatment. For what they did, I feel I got HUMPED. with OUT KY!

They made a complete mess on the back pattio area. Cement dust EVERY where. I called them up and asked the guys to come back out and CLEAN UP THE MESS they left behind. Thery came out and said they cleaned it all up. HUMMM News to me. I get home from work and go out to the back pattio. I see white cement dust all over the back side of the house.

They did the inspection. knowing that they would get the job. Why did they not CLEAN UP after the HUMPING! $450 is a F**KING Rip off to me. I say stay far away from this company.

Next time. I will say to a termite company, Hey you only get to do the inspection ONLY. A company of my choice will do any needed treatments.

I fell they SUCK, They are messy and their price for what they do, IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!

We performed a termite treatment for sale of property or escrow, the buyer requested budget brothers termite & pest to perform the treatment. We perform more inspections and treatments than 98% of all companies in Arizona.

The real facts are when you drill concrete is does provide dust around the areas we drill. We cleaned everything up just like we always do but what he failed to mention was his entire patio was full of cardboard moving boxes so we couldnt wash down the patio without getting his boxes wet.

We returned to his property a 2nd time and explained this to his wife. She said her husband was only upset because he had to pay for a termite treatment. She also said when the boxes were moved she would call us.

Her husband called our office later in the day and used vulgar language made a lot of threats and said we should come out and move all his storage and boxes. I explained to him we are not a moving company but when the storage and boxes were moved we would return.

We have decided we will not return to this property until he has closed escrow and moved out. We will then return and clean the patio.

We go out of our way to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. After talking with his wife we wish her the best of luck.

WE CLEANED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE

We cleaned the entire patio. The only thing we couldnt clean was around all the storage and cardboard boxes they had on the patio. I did return the next day and talked with Mr Sticks wife who was very pleasant. She told us after the boxes were moved she would contact our office so we could hose off the patio. She said her husband was to lazy to move them, and they probably wont be moved until the movers come in a couple weeks. We take pride in the service and customer satisfaction we provide all of our customers and to have a person make up lies and post them on the internet is noy right. God Bless thank you Richard

I just found out my ex husband left a message on this web site. Budget Brothers did everything they told us. The simple fact was we were selling our house and my ex husband was upset they found termites. The reason they couldnt clean the patio was because my husband had it stacked with cardboard boxes. The price we were quoted was over $150.00 less than other companies. I called Budget Brothers and told them I was sorry for my husbands comments that were all lies. I would use them again.
