RTEC refuses to abide by their contractual duties to take care of your landscape plants. They are supposed to spray for insects but they only walk around your yard and do nothing. They will tell you they are spraying the insects and they are not doing anything but walking around. They charge you for this as well. Very fraudulent company that will not answer their phone or emails once they know you have figured out their corrupt behavior.

This posting from is "Jane" I know this for a fact because the phone she had listed is her phone number, and when I called to check out this negative posting, "Jane" answered the phone. We did not do anywork for a Susan in Washington DC.
