Stephanie Silk And Stephanie Silk And Home Team Pest Defense Do not use Stephanie Silk or Home Team Pest Defense - Total Fraud - No Customer Service Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased new Pest control system from Stephanie Silk of Home Team Pest Defense in November 2008. Stephanie Silk and another Company employee of Home Team Pest Defense came and installed the systems. The reason behind to select this company only for purchasing the system was that I got a letter from them speaking of long standing record of great service so at last I decided to purchase the air conditioner from them.

For approximately about 15 days the system was working perfectly fine and then suddenly one day I notice that there is some problem with it as it is not getting properly cooled. So I decided to contact them. I have been trying since December to get them to come out and check the system because it is not working like it should i.e. running all the time but all in vain as no proper reply have been received from them.

I have made six appointments with Stephanie Silk, 2 with a supervisor and no one has ever showed up nor called to say why. I have even called the owner and have yet to receive a call back from him. So please do not hire this Home Team Pest Defense as they will rip you off as it is my own experience. Maybe it has to do with the dishonest character of Stephanie Silk which I have found out to be a liar and a scam artist of the worst kind. Do not do business with Stephanie Silk or with Home Team Pest Defense of Las Vegas, Nevada. This is just a warning to other consumers in the Las Vegas Area. I don't want anyone to have to through this night mare like I have had with this company and Stephanie Silk.
