My wife signed a contract with a door to door salesman for The Spiderman Pest Control on or around June 24, 2009, I thought it was way overpriced (around $400 per year), but I was willing to give them a try because we could cancel within 3 days of the contract. They were supposed to show up between 9 and 11 the next day and they no showed the appointment, so I called Matt Flanders (the owner) and canceled our contract. Then a week later I was charged $50 through my bank account, I called and complianed to Matt, who said he would take care of it and I still have not been refunded.

I have made multiple phone calls to The Spiderman Pest control and FINALLY got someone named Molly to help me. She said she submitted my refund yesterday *nearly a MONTH since I cancelled the service* I still have not seen anything back to my bank account...

After having refunded the money on July 20th we have followed up with the family to verify that the funds had arrived back into their account. I spoke with Sam Stoneman and he verified that the funds were properly refunded. We do appologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience this may have caused.
