Kratzer's Store resold my product after I made deposit Granville Township, Pennsylvania

I attempted to purchase a used 75 gallon aquarium from this establishment.  I had made my deposit and agreed to make payments on the tank until I had it paid off, the store employee did not specify how often he wanted me to make these payments. 

A little over a month passed when I went in to pay the tank off in full.  The employee on duty told me that he sold the tank to another patron, and that he called me "seven times" trying to reach me to see if I still wanted it.  If he did in fact call me, he did not leave any messages and it didn't show up on my caller ID. 

While he was refunding the money that I had paid on the tank, he informed me that I could have paid 2 dollars a week and he would have kept the tank on hold for me.  I was about to pay off the tank in full after two months, this time frame seemed reasonable to me.  At 2 dollars a week it would have taken many more months to pay off.

Then I discovered the real motive, he sold my tank to someone for over 50 dollars more than the amount he had agreed to sell it to me!  They took my deposit and then went ahead and sold the tank right out from under me.  What the guy doesn't realize is that I would have been a loyal patron and bought aquarium supplies from him regularly...now I won't set foot in the place.  I hope that 50 bucks was well worth it to him.

I kind of feel sorry for the store guy, he's really stuck up but you can tell he's just overcompensating because he leads a miserable life.  From what I gather he still lives with his mom...lol.  Seriously though, someone should tell him that waist length braided hair doesn't look good on a fat man.
