Reptile Depot They are refusing to refund my money, or produce the cages I ordered 2 months ago. chastworth, California

I ordered and paid for 2 cages almost 2 months ago. They said it would take a week for them to be shipped to the store. I called for weeks asking for the status. Every time I called I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did.  I finally got ahold of someone who said they dont know why the cages are not here yet. I told them I wanted my money back, and they said "sorry, no refunds".  I told them I either wanted my cages, or the money back. Neither has happened yet, and it has been almost 2 months.

I checked the BBB and they have a "F" rating and have 22 ignored complaints filed against them for everything from dead reptiles to never receiving paid for merchandise.

I wish I would have checked the BBB before I threw my money away.
