Shake-a-paw Puppies sells sick dogs and doesn't hold up to their agreement Ripoff Hicksville New York

As others have stated, I purchased a puppy from them on 7-21-05 and she became very sick a couple of days after we brought her home. She has severe kennel cough and was very underweight. My vet looked at her and gave her meds. I sent the bill along with my canceled check to the address that I was given when I bought the dog stating that it was a NYS law that they were responsible for all vet bills (due to illness) within the first 7 days. It was never paid. I have waited almost a year with no response from them. I am in looking into getting another puppy and will NEVER shop with them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
