This attack comes as no surprise as this is the same lady that is supports what used to be called 4 paws and is now called waggon tails. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON BOTH!!!

The truth of the matter is that this lady purchased a 2nd pick female puppy from MS. Graham as she had already sold the other puppy she wanted. Robin was informed that the puppy that was available was lighter. She agreed to purchase the second puppy and signed a contract that stated she understood no gurantees of color could be made.

Please Robin why dont you all share with us a COPY OF THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED!

Nothing was illegal or unmoral about the business we conducted with you. These two puppies that Margaret sold ,were hers to sell or keep as they were owed to her as puppies back. You were told all of that.

Why dont you share will all of the audence how you put all 4 of your St . bernards down at one time just to make new room for the "breeders" you were now adopting. Stephanie, I simply reported things exactly how they happened. You seem to think I'm reporting you for not giving me the dog I wanted. That is not the case here. I am reporting you for two things: 1) for Marcie not telling me UP FRONT at the beginning of the whole deal that she wasn't the one who had possession of the puppies. I NEVER knew that until YOU told me that over the phone way later! THAT WAS DECEPTIVE! 2) for sending me pictures of the wrong dog (Marcie sent them to me but I guess she got them from you since YOU had possession of the puppies - not her!)THAT WAS DECEPTIVE! 3) for your neurotic phone calls and emails where you can't even spell conjunctives correctly because you are so filled with hatred. THAT WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL! You shouldn't be breeding if you treat people like this! And as far as you trying to keep me from registering this puppy, it's already done! If you call me and harass me with more threatening phone calls, I WILL get paypal to give me a refund and I WILL take this matter to my attorney for HARRASSMENT!

Did you put down four canines to "make room" for the new dogs? If that is true, I can't think of a punishment horrible enough for you -- and no breeder in his/her right mind would sell you another dog.

You never once mentioned in your letter I was the one to offer you pick of the next breeding so you could get the puppy you wanted . You declined that offer. Margaret did not have to tell you where her puppies were all she owed you was the puppy safe sound and healthy. My business dealing with her had nothing to do with. The puppies belonged to her and she had every right to sell give away or keep them as they belonged to her. Why dont you share wih us how you wanted us to switch the puppy fo yours with the other customers puppy so you coudl have the puppy yoo wanted ROBIN. you are the one that hides behind teh LORD to look all innocent and proper. I just want to apologize for all the confusion regarding this puppy I bought. I heard that Chad called you and he also wrote Steff. I must apologize for him as he thinks he's my second son and must always run to my rescue when things don't go the way life should for me. He takes up for me and comes to my defense BETTER than my own son, and sometimes I have to keep him on a tight leash! I'm going to have to refrain from sharing my life with him so that he won't go and cause havoc everywhere I go anymore!

I'm ok with this puppy. I know she will produce the same colors that the other puppies will so it's cool. I feel so bad because all this happened today when Steff's mom passsed away. My mom passed when I was 20 and my dad passed when I was 15 and all my grandparents have passed so death is like second nature to me - not to mention my twin daughter that was stillborn! Ugh! She seems to be taking it ok though. I told her to write or call when everyone has gone and talk if she needs to.

Anyway, just wanted to apologize for EVERYTHING and I don't know what Chad said, but please forgive him - he tries to look out for my best interest too much sometimes. I think he feels obligated to do things for me because I gave him a puppy as his was dying.

You asked me to post about the contract I signed!!! Well, STUPID, it says that you sold me a puppy with an AKC registration! If you have contacted AKC and decided to cancel the whole litter, then you have just totally NULLIFIED the whole contract between us! TRUST ME when I tell you that if I find out you have done this, MY ATTORNEY WILL SUE YOU FOR NOT ONLY THE DOG BUT EVERYTHING ELSE I CAN COME UP WITH!

Not that YOU deserve an explanation, but to those who haven't read my website, my Saint Bernards were put down because they were at the end of their life cycles. Two had cancer and the other two could barely walk or get up from a sitting position. The VET recommended they be euthanized so get off my back! The fact that it happened when it did had nothing to do with the decision! God, that is SO lame! If that is all you have to throw at me, you better get another ROCK!

Oh yeah, and I've talked to AKC's Case Management Department and you are blowing smoke! They had a lady call in last week and ask to have a litter cancelled because the whole litter DIED and AKC wouldn't cancel the registration! So, I think you better come up with something MORE SERIOUS than death to be able to cancel the litter! And I doubt the other buyer, Elaine Womack wouldn't appreciate it either! You're just upset because now YOUR name is on Rip Off and you were so very quick to jump on Wagin Tails for them being listed on here. You know Stef, there's an old saying, what goes around comes around' and since you couldn't SHUT UP about Debbie, it was only RIGHT AND FAIR that your name and business be posted for the deception you dealt me in our transaction! It seems awfully funny to me that you would need to put 4 dogs down all at the same time and on the same day. Then send out a long sad email about how you had to so they did not suffer anymore as they were old. I know that all of us at times have had to make a choice to put dogs down but it really sounds fishy to me when it was all "four" at the same time. Seems apparent to me that you are good at playing the victim when people do not jump through hoops as you would like them too. You have yet to say the puppy made it safely and is okay ...so you really are in breeding for all the wrong reasons...as people I truely hope will see and remember your postings as they say alot about you and your prioroites. I should have used better judgment and been more patient in asking for the pictures of all 3 puppies at the time when your mother passed away. As you stated, her passing was expected for a long time, but it was still difficult to go through. My timing sucked and I apologize for not waiting at least a few weeks before asking for the pictures. That was wrong on my part. I do understand about death, as both my parents died when I was a teenager, so I understand the grief you felt.

After reading all of the posts here, I felt the need to add some things. Breeders of dogs usually work together. When one breeder meets someone who is interested in a specific dog that the breeder does not have, they ask other breeders if they do. There is nothing wrong with that, as if you go into Wal-Mart and they do not have the specific item in stock, they will call other Wal-Mart's for you to see if the item is in another store. Same idea. I have had the opportunity to work professionally with both Stefanie and Marcie. They are good breeders. It is plain as day from the above postings that Stefanie's only error here was getting upset with a client trying to slander her. I would have too and don't blame her in the least for feeling angry. It is a shame that the woman above would stoop to such levels of slander on a whim, which is what this obviously was, as when you read her posts, you will see the ups and the downs of her attitude. Stefanie and Marcie have both tried unsuccessfully to placate this woman to no avail. Can't please all the people all the time is correct. And to stoop as low as complaining about someone's spelling... now that is extremely sad. I am awaiting my second puppy from a litter of Stefanie's. I have been smart enough to ask every question I could think of, BEFORE paying for my puppies, as any consumer purchasing online should. I have not had anyone else call or email this breeder on my behalf. Maybe these were this woman's mistakes? Interesting, isn't it?

I went and looked up the websites that were suggested. It is so awful to see dogs being breed as mutts. Genetics! Any idiot can see at this point that dog one and dog two does not equal a half/half dog. Why someone would sell a pup to an individual who breeds seperate breeds together? It says something about the entire business on here.

I only got linked here because this person had posted a comment on a list about Saint Bernards and how breeders should tell people more about them before getting them and so forth.

Stefanie White sold me a puppy that died one week after I got the baby. Dixie is a joy!

She is so smart and funny, and snuggly, especially at night! When I talk to her, she cocks her head sideways like she's trying to figure out what I'm saying--it's the cutest thing! She weighed in at just over 5 lbs at her vet check. We've now had her for one week and are amazed at all of the things she has already figured out. She knows her name, "outside", "come", "get busy" and "let's go" already! Potty training has been going really well since we got rid of the pee pee pads--only used them for two days before we realized that it would be faster training process without them. Crate training has been amazing--on her third night (first night with crate door shut) she slept (quietly!) in the crate for 7.5 hours--NO ACCIDENTS! When she needs to go out in the middle of the night, which has only happened once, she just whimpers softly and gets to her business right away once outside! She goes with me to take the kids to school, and rests in her crate in my husband's office while I'm out of the house--only needs to be told once or twice not to bark and she settles down nicely.

She and my golden retriever Gracie are getting along well--lots of playing and tussling around with toys. She's also good with the kids--she's so engaging that they have been participating in her care a lot more than I expected!

I wanted to let you know again how much I appreciated all the time you spent with me during the process of adopting Dixie. I was very nervous about the idea of working with someone I had never met, and selecting a puppy I had never seen in person before she arrived. Dixie's personality meshes with our family perfectly, and I know her brother Cooper down the road is fitting in just as well with his new family--again a good personality match! Cooper and Dixie had their first play date a few days ago and it was a grand reunion!

I also want to thank you for helping me through the first few days with Dixie's upset tummy. It was so reassuring that you were following up on her health and offering suggestions. She has had a settled stomach for several days now and is eating like a champ!

Thanks again for everything--we are so happy to have worked with you to get our adorable pup to her new home in NC safely!

So sorry this has taken so long!! We have had major problems trying to send pictures! I'm trying this last time and if I can't I'll have to snail mail to you!! Cocoa is such a joy to us. She is sooooo spoiled. A true Diva around here!!! Stephanie you were such a big part in our decision!!! When my husband wanted to stay close to home for our new fur baby you gave me questions to ask and offered to call for me and ask questions to make sure that we were talking to a reputable breeder. It only took about two of the questions to send me running back to the safety of Stehpanie. And oh my goodness when she got off the plane she wanted to say hello to everyone there!!! Our Vet says that she is one of the best socialized little dogs he has ever seen. He is quite taken with her and thinks she has an exceptional disposition!!! Which of course she does!! She is all around the best dog we have ever had! And ohhhhhh does she have her Daddy tied around her little paws!!!!
Last she was at the vet (4 weeks ago) she weighed 3.5lbs. She probably weighs more than that now. She kinda goes from little miss piggy when she eats to mealy mouse. A little quirky in the food department but thriving all the same!! I have so much I want to tell you about her; but would like to see if this email will make it this time. hey stephanie: Badger is doing great he is sitting outside on the porch right now, he loves it outside, friday we took him down to the lake he didn't do much in the water, and last night we walked him down to a park near our house that has a stream and he went in alittle, today we did the same and he jumped in and ran though the water getting himself all wet and then of course found all the dirt he could and rolled in it... he sure has grown came at 7lbs on his first vet visit and now is probably pretty close to 11lbs... getting ready to get him fixed and tonight is our 3rd dog obiedence class.. he had not been the star pupil, as he has a mind of his own... but is very sweet and gives margaret her puppy kisses daily..

I was just taking a look at your website, which I haven't done in a long time, and thought I should drop you a line to let you know how Chewie (aka Sabrina) is doing.

Chewie has been a absolute joy. She has a personality of a little person. From the time she came home she was always crazy about bouncy balls. I think we have probably gone through a hundred of them by now! From the very second she wakes up in the morning, she immediately runs for her ball, goes outside to do her business and brings it back in with her and expects that someone plays with her, tossing it to her, all day long. There seriously is NEVER a time that she does not have it with her. If company comes over, she brings the ball to them and sets it by their feet so they can join in and toss it to her. She catches it in mid air like a frisbee.

It actually gets a little exhausting, to the point where we have to hide her ball every now and then, but then she pouts - so that doesn't last very long.

She is best friends with the cat as well. . She LOVES car rides, and being in real estate and doing a lot of running around, she goes everywhere with me. She is a FANTASTIC trip dog. She has driven to NC about 4 1/2 hours and was no problem at all.

I couldn't be happier with her, and someday down the road, I hope to add to the family with another Shorkie.

I thought I'd give you an update on Rondo. He has settled in really well. He and Wes play like brothers; sometimes it's just fun and then at times they get a little rough but they do enjoy each other's company. They often play tug of war over a toy they both want. My daughter found them sleeping together in Wes' bed the other day. Rondo is eating and sleeping well. I took him to the vet last week where of course they all fell in love with him.

I've sent along a few pictures. In the one of him sleeping he is actually sacked out on one of our end tables. He likes to crawl up there from the couch. I think it must feel cool on his belly. He is certainly a loveable little guy and he gives and gets lots of kisses.

I'll keep you posted on how he's doing. Hope you have a good day. It's been way too hot and muggy here.

I hope your having a wonderful weekend! I just wanted to take the time to write you and tell you how grateful I am to have been sent in your direction to my purchase my first puppy. It all started when I went to visit my sister Emily in Los Angeles. I met her puppy 'Buttercup' for the first time and I instantly fell in love, she had nothing but wonderful things to say about you. She gave me your contact information and I filled out an adoption form as soon as I got back in town. You contacted me immediately and told me about a little puppy named Monty that you had. As soon as I saw his picture I knew he was the one.

The whole adoption process was so simple and so easy. Monty was my first puppy and I was definitely ready for the responsibility. I couldn't have asked for a better breeder, you are so responsible and care so much for these babies.

When Monty arrived he was a little shaky at first, but after a few minutes he warmed up to me and gave me nothing but kisses and wags of his tail on the ride home. He has become my little love bug, I couldn't have asked for a better dog. He amazes me everyday with his love.

I feel so fortunate to have him. So, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Hope you're having a great summer! Wanted to share some photos of Ozzy (AKA Kirby). He's doing great and we love the little guy! He's become the center of attention in our family. We went through quite the transition in the beginning but we hung in there and so glad we did. We sent him off to puppy boot camp for five weeks. There they trained him all the basic commands and worked with him in public places and so on. When we got him back he was a more mature well mannered pup. Great experience for us all!

I want to Thank you for EVERYTHING! You were so supportive and very helpful with the whole process of purchasing our little guy and I'm sooo glad I bought from you rather then the other terrible breeder we almost went with locally. By the way we settled for getting half our deposit back to avoid taking her to court. Better than nothing but was all still worth giving up to be able to work with someone as great as you. You know your stuff when it comes to these dogs and I will recommend you to anyone looking to purchase any of the pups you sell. You're a class act!

We'll keep you updated and send you new pics of Ozzy as he continues to grow/mature. Right now he's a little over 6 months old as the happy picture of him shows and he's now at full grown size. He's at 11-12 lbs as you said he would be. The perfect size for us and our kid's!

Hi Steffy,

I wanted to give you an update on Gracie. I have had her almost a month and she is a wonderful pup! I love her so much and she is the best looking puppy around! She is 99% potty trained to go outside and she is so playful and fun. She is sleeping through the night and of course she is sleeping in our bed. I know, I could not stand it so I let her be an extra person in the bed!!!! She is great with kids and has become wonderful friends with our English Bulldog, Gunny who is 60lbs. They are so cute together and she really pushes his buttons all the time with all of her energy. I could not have asked for a better breeder. You really have been the best help along the way and I feel like I am fully prepared trying to raise a puppy.

I wanted to also write about an incident that happened to me recently. It would be good for people to read about when thinking about adopting a puppy from any random person. One of our neighbors adopted a MaltiPoo at 8 weeks old the day after I brought Gracie home. They adopted him from a local breeder that was not well known and only paid $300. Two days after getting him home, he became really ill and it was determined he had Parvo. She called me so upset since he had been around little Gracie but since she was from such a great, safe breeder, I called you just to make sure, but I knew she would be ok since she was up to date on her shots and had been looked after for 3 months to make sure she was healthly before coming to me. The MaltiPoo puppy was in the hospital for a week and came home and is doing great now but that was such a scare to the owners and a great lesson to learn, that you should only adopt puppies from well known, dependable breeders such as yourself.

HE GOT USE TO SLEEPING IN HIS OWN IRON CAST DAY BED HE HAS ALWAYS RUN AROUND ALL OVER THE HOUSE. I NEVER HAD TROUBLE WITH HIM STAYING PUT, HE ONLY GOES OUTSIDE TO POTTY AND ALSO HE NEVER TAKES HIS VITAMINS HE HATES THEM , THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO TAKE THEM I TRIE EVERYTHING MIXING IT WITH HIS FOOD, THAT DOESN'T WORK. ALSO IN HIS WATER AS SOON AS HE LOOKS AT THAT WATER HE KNOWS THERE IS SOMETHING IN THERE, SO HE WOULD GO ALL DAY LONG WITHOUT DRINKING THE WATER. Hi Stephanie:

We are so sorry it has taken us so long to correspond with you. Diane and I are so pleased to report that Gracie is doing just great. She now weighs a whopping two pounds! Her hair is growing and it looks as though her color is lightening.

We had a great trip back to San Diego after we left you at the airport in Seattle. First of all, Gracie was the star of the Seattle airport until our flight left late that afternoon. Once on board the airplane, she slept in Diane's arms all the way to SD.

Once we arrived home, she spent a few days surveying her new turf but is now firmly in place as the "diva" of our household. Seriously, she has the sweetest personality and disposition, bar none and is capable of some serious cuddly periods a couple of times a day.

She checked out great during her first Vet's visit and was the star of the show there as well. Everyone who sees her has to comment on how cute she is. Diane & I, of course, do not argue that point. She is learning to walk on a leash (sort of) but, after some trepidation, is now enjoying the half block walk all the way down to the mailbox. She always walks on the right, except for the zig zags to grab leaves or other attention getters.

We are working with a trainer to help us get the basics down and we are so proud to report that she can already sit, stay & down (most of the time). She earns treats like a seasoned veteran! Even our trainer said, "she is so cute". We are slowly re-acclimating ourselves and our home to "puppy energy" and it is a true labor of love.

We could not be happier with her and we wanted to thank you so much for your tender care and good advice so we could get started so nicely.

Hi Steffy, we think our little guy's name is Skipper (I'm not a fan of that name, so I'm still holding out for something else). In the meantime, we have all sorts of cute, adoring names we call him. He is wonderful – so unbelievably cute and friendly, and very spunky! He is a crack up with our big labradoodle – he loves to jump up and try to grab Boomer's tail, and they have a great time wrestling together. My initial fears were unwarranted, and Boomer seems to know intuitively how to control is vastly bigger size. “Skipper” does great in his crate at night, he's a good eater, and very healthy. I saw that William had sent you a message, so i thought i would send one myself just to personally thank you. You must be one amazing woman to raise such wonderful pups. Griffy, now known as Maximus Griffin Smith, is the sweetest, cutest, sneaky, loving, cuddling little dude ever !!!! All the way to the airport my nerves were on edge, i was scared he would be so frightened, but he seemed fine once we got him. Max was just a little shaky, so i wrapped him in the blanky i bought for him and i just held him close and i just softly talked to him until he stopped shaking.

The past couple weeks with this baby have just been the sweetest. He is the first thing i look for when i get home from work at night. And there he will be, in his play pen just waiting. He truly is a sweety. I cant thank you enough !!! Our daughters , as well as our Pitt Patches just love him. Right now as i type this to you, i have Max in my lap, he's sleeping.

Its like having a new baby, well without the nursing and crying....haha

Anyways, thank you once again. You are going to bring amazing joy into so many lives with your priceless pups.

Hi Steffy

Here are the pictures of Wes I promised a few weeks ago. Sorry it took so long to get them to you. He is so much fun to have around. Not a day goes by that he doesn't make us laugh with something he has done. Today he ended up in my daughter's wastebasket head first with just his hind legs sticking out the top. I guess he was checking out what she had in there. He uses the pee pads pretty well although he likes the edge and doesn't realize that sometimes he isn't on it far enough. He also thinks it's great fun to grab the edge in his mouth and run across the room with it. He goes back to the vet on Friday for his next round of shots. I'm sure he'll do just fine.

Sorry it's taken me this long to write to you! With all the holidays it was a little hectic, but thank goodness it's slowd down since then! :) The kids were absolutely thrilled about our new little baby. We had him waiting out by the Christmas tree when they woke up, and they didn't think he was theirs. They asked us if it was our friends dog. When we told them he was ours, they were soooo excited. My son and daughter both to this day have said he is the best Christmas present either one of them has ever had. He is the sweetest little guy. He loves to play with us, and loves to cuddle. He barks only when we're playing, when he tries to act tough. It's so cute!! We couldn't have asked for a better puppy for our family. Thank you so much for everything. You really made it a very comfortable process, and I really appreciate your accomidating when we wanted to pick him up. Best wishes to you and your family, and the new babies to come! Hi Steffy
Just wanted to send you some pictures of Tinkerbell "Tinka" and thank
you for sending us such a wonderful fur baby! She is doing wonderful
and has fit into our family perfectly! Tinka and our boston Molly
have become best friends laying together and sharing bones. She had a
perfect check up at the vet and is adjusting very well to our family.
Thank you for taking the time to talk to me and answer my questions
making sure we got the perfect puppy for our family. Everyone who
meets Tinka comments on how friendly she is - thank you for raising
such wonderful fur babies. I will make sure to send new pictures as
she grows.

Update On Maggie Mae! Now An Adult Shorkie

Hey Stef
Happy New Year! I wanted to send you some updated photos of Maggie Mae. She is almost 15 months now and has passed all her obedience classes, including Canine Good Citizen. I think Maggie wants to be a therapy dog, or at least spend some of her time giving back to the community. I love her more each day; not quite sure how it's possible, but I do! She's amazing and the best addition to my life and I thank you again (for the millionth time) for breeding such dollbabies. We will be looking to get Mag a little brother or sister in the next year hopefully. Here are some pics of summertime, her 1st birthday party, Halloween, and Christmas! Enjoy and take care!
