theperchstore.net Joey Order never received NO communication from the company refuses to respond theperchstore.net, Internet

I had just adopted a new conure and excitedly looked for groups that specifically focused on birds in order to gain knowledge and support. I found The Perch and quickly joined after reading and seeing how many folks seemed to want the the things as me. That evening I noticed a link on the forum to the perch store. I also found that the owner of the forum was the owner of the store. I read a few (older) reviews and they seemed positive so I placed an order. I ordered 2 items and even paid extra for express UPS delivery, in fact the delivery was about the same as the 2 items I had ordered.
The order was placed on Oct 13, 2009. I received a auto response email that my order was in fact received. I paid by Paypal and the money was taken from my account immediately. I waited for shipping confirmation and never received it. after 4 weeks I became very concerned and emailed the store asking about a update. I included order number and in fact copied their email to the new email I was sending. No response. So I went to the forum and say all kinds of post of others that were also upset about not getting their orders and no communication. The owner after MANY folks were complaining to the mods that Joeys phone machine was full, email was full and paypal account empty did come and made a post saying everyone would get their money back within a week..
 More folks after everyone tried to get organized began sharing they too had orders outstanding. The Moderators have began banning members, moderating members, and deleting post that asked too many questions or complained about Joey. To the date of this report NO further communication from the owner and I have been put on Moderation meaning the admin members have to approve any post I try to make. 1st amendment rights anyone?
 The link to the store is STILL up even though he owes so many people money he is still taking orders. The distributor that he deals with has told us that he stopped selling to him over a month ago because of Joey not fulfilling orders but keeping the money.  I am also pressing formal criminal charges against Joey and The Perch for fraud and theft.  This I have found out is not the first time Joey has had issues like this.. This man needs to be stopped and the store closed!
