I have been a customer 3 times so far with 4RX.com, and I have not had any issues so far (besides having to wait a bit to get my order). I ordered Tadalafil and Sildenafil Citrate for my hubby, and from MY experience, both work great. We tried brand name as well, and the only difference was basically the shapes of the pills, and the cost.
Perhaps you had a bad experience once... Have you ordered from them after that? Did you call their 24/7 support and request a refund or for them to resend your order? They will, if you are not satisfied.... so I would look into that if I were you. Also, I believe they can supply you with a copy of the manufacturing license from their supplier / manufacturer if you ask them...
Besides, with online pharmacies, there is bound to be some issues at some point. I tried 2 other websites, which weren't that great, but ok. 4RX had better prices, and overal seem to be good. I was recommended by them through a friend, and for me, it worked out fine. I like the fact that they have toll free support (not many online pharmacies do) and they give 10% discount for customers who return...

I have purchased from 4rx.com 3 times. Sildenafil and Tadalafil. Both have worked just as well or better than the name brand drugs.
However, it has taken the full 3 weeks to receive my orders.
I have canceled an order because I had the amounts reversed on two items, and there was no problem in getting the order fixed and reissued.
I have used their online real time support, and everything happened just as they promised.
Good prices, free shipping, and 10% discount for returning customers.

I haven't used 4Rx but did use another India-based Rx company. None of these companies can assure you that the drugs are legit because they are generics and by nature won't look like the original drugs.
The only thing I can say about 4Rx is that they are accessible email, phone or online chat session. If that, alongside its customer satisfaction money-back guarantee give you confidence then use 4Rx. For me, the jury's out. To save $50-60 a month I might just go back to buying from the States.

I'm a regular customer of 4Rx who has been buying medicine from the company for over a year now. My experience with them has been extremely good.
Delivery is often faster than expected, the prices are as good as anywhere I know of online, and customer service is friendly and helpful.
On two occasions over the past year the order has not arrived. It seems that the delivery service is responsible for this, because on both occasions when I contacted 4Rx (which can be done instantly through a live messaging service on their website) they apologized and offered a full refund or immediate reshipment, no questions asked.
A few months ago when I lost my credit card along with my wallet I had no way to buy the medications, and when I explained the situation to them they made an exception and allowed me to pay by paypal instead. On top of that I was given a 10% discount.
The medicine I have bought from 4Rx has done it's job perfectly.
I don't have a laboratory at home and haven't run clinical tests on their product, but, given the evidence, it seems to me highly unlikely that a company with this much integrity would be anything other than totally honest and reliable.

I've spent over $2k with this co. over the last couple of years & had no issues at all. Cetirizine HCL - generic Zyrtec....(plus others)
Whatever they put in the pills, if not legit, still work great.

My friend also used them in the past and could not place his order
because of the credit card problems - his credit card was declined, no
one knew the reason why it was declined! After many researches he found
a reputable pharmacy www.rxshop.md and for one year he is happy with
its services. He product he buys is Propecia.
Why file a report here? Ripoff Report is a permanent record! Other complaint sites copy our content then remove reports for money.
