Drugdelivery.ca ripoff does not send orders but charges Online Internet

I placed an order at http://www.drugdelivery.ca on 3/19. The site indicated shipping could take up to 14 days. On 3/26, I emailed drugdelivery to ask about the status of my order and I was told that it would ship out within the week.

Now it is 4/24, more than a month later, and I have not received any shipment, nor does their online account information indicate that the items were shipped. My bank statement surely shows that they took my money, though they claim they will not charge until the items are shipped.

I have called their 800 number, but it is just a voicemail system. That number has a recorded menu system, but you can push all the buttons in the world and it doesn't do anything - I will not get to any other menu.

They have stopped responding to my emails.

I can file a claim with my bank and hope for the best.

Don't order from this site. Don't be fooled by their claim: "Our company protects the consumer from online pharmacy scams by holding the funds in an escrow account until your order has been successfully filled. For more information on how to protect yourself from Internet fraud, please see our article here."
