After a long delay for my order I finally received it, but it was the incorrect product. The prescription bottle read Garden Pharmacy, 1400 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL  33139. The bottle read phentermine HCI 37.5 Of course the product had a similar look, but the pills clearly were fake.  I ordered the product through RxAgain.com. All our communication regarding consult,compliance review, physician approval, cod amount, FedEx tracking was done through their website. The company sent me emails with updated information.  The email return address is "OrderTracking123.com" do_not_reply@OrderTracking123.com. The company also sent me an approval email telling me to have a  money order ready for Fedex in the amount of $259.95.   The money order should be made out to KC Online. Another email address they used was "RefillPlace.com.mailto:dod@do%20not%20reply%20Refillplac.com.  The company always replied promptly until I informed them that Garden Pharmacy sent me the incorrrect/fake product. Their response was I have elevated your complaint to 2nd-level support team, and will reply as soon as they answer, usually within 72hrs on weekdays. The date of that response was 09/01/2009. I asked the company to issue a pick-up from me and send me my order through another pharmacy. If arrangements could not be made I expected a complete refund. I was hoping that this was not an intentional fraud.  My friend had ordered from the company before and received legitmate product.

There are several problems with this pharmacy.  Their State of Florida pharmacy license (Garden Pharmacy and Discount Stores, Inc.) is:  PH 15149.  The first problem is that this license expired on 02/28/2009.  Your Rx appears to have been filled after their license had expired. 

The second problem is that the address on their license differs from the address that is on your label.  The address on their license is:  2399 W. 52nd St., Hialeah, FL.

The third problem is that, contrary to the name on their now "expired" license, they have never been registered as a corporation with the Florida Division of Corporations.

Also, as you stated, "...the pills were clearly fake."

There appears to be numerous violations of Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code.  I would recommend that you file a complaint with the Florida Board of Pharmacy.  Their telephone number is:  (850) 245-4444.
