NDA Pharmacy NDAPharmacy, Safe Trust Processing Used My Credit Card Account To Make Fraudulant Charges Sebastian Florida

I initially contacted NDA Pharmacy on March 15, 2006. I placed an order with them for Phentermine using my Visa credit card. I recieved an e-mail notifying me that Phentermine was out of stock. So, on March 16, 2006, I placed an order with another on-line pharmacy. In April, I noticed a charge for $111.00 dated March 15, 2006 on my credit card from NDA Pharmacy. I never recieved the product and stupidly never filed a claim.

The last week of June, 2006, I placed another order for Phentermine using a company called Safe Trust Processing not realizing that this was the same company as NDA Pharmacy. This time, I phoned them instead of using their website. After the order was placed and I gave them my credit card number, I was told I would recieve my prescription within in seven days. I never recieved my prescription and this time my card was not charged. However, on July 19th, I received a phone call from the fraud division of my credit card company inquiring about several charges on my card at gas stations and grocery stores all over Florida (which is where NDA was located before they went out of business) and I live in California!!!!! I traced it back to NDA as I have not used my credit card for any other purchases since the last week of June.
