I placed an order with netcarepharmacies.com, within a few minutes they e-mailed my that my physicians information was incorrect and that my order was cancelled. Asuming that was the end of my contact with them and that nothing further would take place I let it go. A few days later I noticed a charge taken from my account. I immediately e-mailed them that I should not have received a charge since the order was cancelled, and they were to refund my money and not to send me anything or charge my account again. They didn't respond.
Then, on July 31st a charge was deducted from my account from USMEDSAVERS.COM, whom I'd never heard of. I didn't realize this was deducted until I checked my account today and noticed I had another charge from the same company! I immediately called my bank and they are working on a claim about this. I also called the number on the transaction to see why I was being charged this amount and to get reimbursement. They informed me that I apparently didn't read the information on "the shopping cart". I didn't have a clue what they were talking about! They got extremely ugly with me and refused to even discuss a refund or let me talk to a supervisor. I informed them I was calling my lawyer, which I did, the lady told me to go ahead and have him call them. WOW! Then, I called back to try again to speak to a supervisor, the man told me he would refund part of my fee, which he didn't, but then also got ugly and told me "I apparently didn't understand and wasn't listening"...when the truth is I don't understand how a company like this can continue to do something this unethical and not get in more trouble than they are. When he said he would put me though to his supervisor, he hung up on me!

I did some more research on the "Shopping Cart" page that he was refering to and I'm sorry but there is a huge red checkout box and a little line way below that(very small), which is hiding under a bunch of other info. that says "this order includes your first month free to the usmedsavers.com3" - nowhere does it give me the option to refuse this service, nor does it even seem visible to the eye. Then, under that (also very small)is information about the end of the 30 day membership...written out "fourteen ninety five per month". Not even visible as an amount of money.

I hope that noone else lets them do this to them! I haven't heard from my bank yet about the research on this company, however, they did temporarily refund the amount that was taken out without permission. I would hope this company does the right thing and refund my money as well as others who they are treating unfairly and unethically! I'm not through making their lives miserable, if I have to contact everyone I know and have them call and e-mail daily, I'll do it! They have messed with the wrong person now!
