I just got scammed by them. I ordered something, but cancelled it by email. Supposedly, they charge a non-refundable $20 fee for calling your doctors to verify information, which is fine. It's ok that the fee was non-refundable, and that it was clearly stated it in TINY, TINY letters on their website. However, you only see the notice AFTER you provide them with your credit card information.

Also, in TINY, TINY, TINY fine print it states that you're allowed a "free trial membership to usmedsavers." However, if you choose not to participate, then you must call within 30 days, or they'll charge your credit card $15 every month.

I didn't realize this until I received my credit card statement. I called the 1-800 number provided on my bill. It took me 2 days and 15 phonecalls before I was able to speak to a LIVE person. The first time, I was connected to a call center in the Phillipnes. The person explained to me that the charges are legit b/c it's written on their website. Also, that usmedsavers is their "business partner" and I'd have to call them to dispute my automatically monthly charges.

I said, "You can't just go charging people's credit cards with another company without notifying me!!!"
She says, "Well it's written on the website that they're our business partners, and you have to cancel the trial membership fee, or else it's automatically billed to you."

I finally got a hold of someone at usmedsavers and they finally cancelled my "membership". But my credit card company stated "legally" they're still allowed to charge my credit card for up to 90 days, since they set up an "automatic billing".

Beware! These two websites are scamming people!!!!
